This is a shame to Sri lanka by allowing a convicted murder to sworn as MP. Killing a cow is sin and end place is hell but killing a human can enter parliment.
ReplyDeleteWhen I was studied in Grade 6, my teacher told us, a person who obtained with a sentence of (at least) six (06) months in prison cannot contest an election. Then, how the criminal law of Sri Lanka allowed a death row person to contest in the election. Clarification is needed.
