திருமணத்துக்கான வயதெல்லையை 18 ஆக நிர்ணயிக்க, பாராளுமன்றத்தில் யோசனை முன்வைப்பு
இலங்கையில் திருமணத்துக்கான ஆகக்குறைந்த அகவையை 18ஆக இருப்பதை நிர்ணயிக்கும் தனிஆள் யோசனை நாடாளுமன்றத்தில் முன்வைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
ஸ்ரீலங்கா பொதுஜன பெரமுனவின் மாத்தளை மாவட்ட நாடாளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர் பிரமித்த பண்டார இந்த யோசனையை நாடாளுமன்ற செயலாளர் நாயகம் தம்மிக்க தசநாயக்கவிடம் கையளித்தார்.
திருமணத்துக்கான ஆகக்குறைந்த அகவை” என்ற தலைப்பில் இந்த யோசனை முன்வைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
இதன்மூலம் சர்வதேச நியமங்களின் அடிப்படையில் ஒவ்வொரு பிள்ளைகளினதும் உரிமையை பாதுகாக்கும் வகையில் இந்த சட்டம் அமுல் செய்யப்பட வேண்டியது அவசியம் என்று பிரமித்த பண்டார தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.
சிறுவர்கள் சிறுவர்களாக நடத்தப்பட வேண்டும் என்பதே இந்த யோசனையின் நோக்கமாகும். எனினும் யாரையும் ஓரங்கட்டுவதற்காக இது கொண்டு வரப்படவில்லை என்றும் அவர் குறிப்பிட்டார்.
இந்த யோசனையின்படி ஆண்,பெண் இரண்டு தரப்பினரும் 18 அகவையை பூர்த்தி செய்த பின்னரே திருமணம் செய்து கொள்ளமுடியும் என்று குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.
அத்துடன் குழந்தை திருமணம் தொடர்பில் நீதிமன்றத்தின் திருமண ரத்து தொடர்பாகவும் இந்த யோசனையில் முன்மொழிவுகள் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளன.

ReplyDeleteவிசேட சந்தர்ப்பங்கள் கருத்தில் கொள்ளப்பட்டு சட்டமாக்கப்படுவதற்கு அறிவு ஜீவிகள் ஒத்துழைத்தால் போதுமையானது. விசேடமாக நீதி அமைச்சர். உ+மாக 18 வயதுக்குக்குறைவான பெண்குழந்தை தாய் தகப்பனை இழந்து வயோதிப பாட்டன் பாட்டியுடன் வாழ்வதாக எடுத்துக்கொண்டால் அங்கு அக்குழந்தைக்கு பாதுகாப்பு தொடர்பான சிக்கல் தோன்ற இடமுண்டு அச்சந்தர்ப்பத்தில் திருமணம் அவளுக்குப் பாதுகாப்பாக அமைய முடியும். அதே போன்று திருமணத்ததால் தீர்க்கப்படக்கூடிய பெண்ணியல் நோய்களிடமிருந்து விடுபடும் சந்தர்ப்பங்கள் போன்றவை கவனத்தில் கொள்ளப்பட்டு சட்டம் கொண்டுவரப்படுமாயின் பிள்ளைகள் உரிமை பாதுகாப்பு என எடுத்துக்கொள்ளலாம் இல்லையேல் ஒரு சமூகத்தை வஞ்சிப்பதற்காகவும் ஒருசமூகத்தை சந்தோசப்படுத்துவதற்காகவும் ஏற்றப்படும் சட்டமாக எடுத்துக்கொள்ளலாம்.

ReplyDeleteIT is reasonable to promote marriages after school age. But focusing to harm the rights of minority is shame.
Drinking Alcohol is prohibited by all the Major religions in SriLanka. Further scientifically proven to cause health problem and socially well known to destroy the economy and joy of a family life. YET No Politician talks in parliment to bring a LAW to band it..(as many politicians do earn form this alcohol).
Also they do not band young lovers at school level (below 18, 16 and 12) to go to cinema and parks and eventually reach guest houses and get into illegal activities. YES blind eyes do not see them as wrong and do not bring law to band it.
SIMPLY this ONE country ONE law slogan is only harm the minority rights.
Why Not Also bring LAW to band Lover below age 18 going alone as form
Going to park
Going to cinema
Going to guest house
There are thousands of development projects and other public services issues are pending...ministers are appointed to execute the public service but, this government is giving first importance to such silly issues is really to be ashamed about SRI LANKA...
ReplyDeleteஅந்தந்தச் சமூகங்களின் பெரியவரகளின் அனுமதியின்றி எவரும் சட்டங்களை அல்லது சம்பிரதாயச் சட்டங்களை மாற்றுவதற்குத் துணியக்கூடாது. சிறுவர் திருமணம் அல்லது குழந்தைத் திருமணம் என்பது எல்லாம் அந்தநதச் சமூகங்கள் தங்களுக்குள்ளாகவே ஏற்படுத்திக் கொண்ட விதிமுறைகள். அவைகள் காலம் காலமாக இருந்து வருபவை. இன்னமும் எமது நாட்டில் ஆயிரக்கணக்கான திருமணங்கள் பதிவு செய்யப்படாமல் இருக்கின்றன. அவரகளும் குடும்பமும் பிள்ளைகளுமாக வாழ்ந்து வருகின்றார்கள். இன்னமும் எமது நாட்டிலும் திருமணம் செய்யாமல் ஒன்றுசேர எத்தனையோ பேர் வாழ்ந்து வருவதும் குறிப்பிடப்பட வேண்டியவையாகும். எனவே சமூகங்களோடு பின்னிப் பிணைந்துள்ள வழக்காறுகள் சமூகப் பெரியவரகளுடன் இணைந்து செயறபடுத்தாதுவிடின் பாரிய விளைவுகள் ஏற்படலாம்.
ReplyDeleteNo one should dare to change laws or ceremonial laws without the permission of the elders of the respective communities. Child marriage or infant marriage are all rules that the respective communities have established within themselves. They have been around for a long time. Thousands of marriages are still unregistered in our country. They are living with children together. It is worth mentioning that there are still many people living together in our country without getting married. So there can be massive consequences if lawsuits that are intertwined with communities do not work together with community elders.
Muslims against law and rules now only begain.
