பசில் ராஜபக்ஷவின் வருகையானது தற்போதைய இக்கெட்டான தருணத்தில் பொருளாதாரத்தில் தன்னிறைவைக் கொண்ட நாடாகவும் முஸ்லிம் சிங்க மக்களிடையே காணப்படும் சகவாழ்வு நிலையானதாக மாற்றம் பெறுவதற்கு மேலும் வழிகோலுமென முஸ்லிம்களது நம்பிக்கையும் எதிர்பார்ப்புமாகும் என்று பிரதமர் மஹிந்த ராஜபக்ஷவின் முஸ்லிம் விவகார இணைப்புச் செயலாளர் அப்துல் சத்தார் தெரிவித்தார்.
அவர் தொடர்ந்து கருத்து தெரிவிக்கையில்
சர்வதேச ரீதியிலான கொரோனா 19 தொற்றுப் பரவலுக்கு மத்தியில் விசேடமாக அரசியலிலும் பிரச்சினைகள் குறைகளைக் காண்கின்றோம். அந்த அடிப்படையில் இந்த நாட்டின் பொருளாதாரத்தின் வீழ்ச்சி ஒரு பெரும்பாதிப்பாக உள்ள நிலைமையில் பசில் ராஜபக்ஷவின் அரசியல் வரவு பொருளாதார அபிவிருத்தியில் ஒரு நிலையான மாற்றத்திற்கு உதவுமென்பது இந்த நாட்டு மக்களுடைய முழு எதிர்பார்ப்புமாகும்.
அவர் பொருளாதார அபிவிருத்தி அமைச்சுப் பதவியை ஏற்பதன் மூலம் நாங்கள் 2015 ஆண்டுகளில் பொருளாதார மேம்பாட்டில் ஒரு தன்னிறைவைக் கொண்ட நாடாக இலங்கை விளங்கியது. அந்த ஒரு நல்ல நிலையில் இருந்த இலங்கையை மீண்டும் பசில் ராஜபக்ஷவின் வரவின் மூலம் ஒரு நல்ல காலம் கிடைக்கும் என்பதில் இந்த நாட்டு முஸ்லிம்களும் நம்பிக்கையுடன் இருக்கின்றனர்.
அது மட்டுமல்ல பசில் ராஜபக்ஷ அவர்கள் கடந்த காலங்களில் முஸ்லிம்களுடன் அரசியல் நடவடிக்கைகளில் மிக நெருக்கமான உறவைப் பேணி வந்துள்ளார். இது உண்மையிலேயே விடேசமாக முஸ்லிம்களுக்கு நல்லதொரு சந்தர்ப்பமாகவும் நல்லதொரு பொற்காலமாக அமையும் என்பது எவ்வித சந்தேகமுமில்லை என்று அவர் மேலும் தெரிவித்தார்

How naive you are, man. What has Basil Rajapakse done for the Muslims so far?
ReplyDeleteFor almost one year, from March Last year till February this year, Burial Rights of Covid 19 victims were DENIED. Did he do anything to Restore those Rights? Thanks to Imran Khan's visit, Burial Rights were restored, after almost one year, after more than 200 bodies were cremated including that of a new born 20 day old baby.
More than 4 months AFTER Burial was allowed, Burial is permitted ONLY in one place in the Entire country, and that too in Far away Ottamawadi in the East. Why not other places in other parts of the country, when so many other places have been suggested to the Authorities?
Rishard Bathiudin, who was very close to this Basil Rajapakse, when the Rajapakses were in power till 2015, has been arrested under the Draconian PTA and held in Jail for nearly 2 months along with his brother on alleged involvement in the Easter Terror attacks. Even their Fundamental Rights case in the Supreme Court has been Postponed 4 times because, each time the case came up before the Court, one judge made it a point to recuse himself necessitating a postponement of the case. Has this Basil Rajapakse done anything to help Badiudin who was so close to him?
The Draconian PTA has been used to detain some innocent Muslims for at least one year or more.
Some Social Service and Da'wah Organisations, which have been active for decades have been banned, their finances confiscated and some prominent leaders of these organisations arrested and detained under the PTA.
And now, the Cabinet has decided to do away with the Quazi Courts and disallow Polygamy.
Has Basil Rajapakse done anything AT ALL to Alleviate the sufferings of the Muslims and STOP the targetted attacks against the Muslims? What makes you think he is going to be any different after entering the Parliament?
As the Co-ordinating Secretary on Muslim Affairs to the Prime Minister, Mahinda Rajapakse, have you done anything useful to the Community so far?
And you think that, Basil Rajapakse's entry to Parliament will bring about a Golden Era to the Muslims in this country? How Ridiculous of you. Obviously, you are singing for your supper but DON'T INSULT the intelligence of the Muslims by thinking any Muslim will take you seriously.
If you CANNOT help the Muslim Community using your position, at least STOP hurting them by making such HOLLOW Claims to please your Masters.
