இலங்கையில் முஸ்லிம் சட்டத்தை திருத்துவதற்கான திட்டம் அமைச்சரவையில் சமர்ப்பிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
நவம்பர் 2021 க்குள் திருத்தம் செய்யவும் தீர்மானிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது
நீதித்துறை அமைச்சர் அலி சப்ரி இதனைத் தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.
திருமணத்தின் குறைந்தபட்ச வயதை 18 ஆக உயர்த்துவதற்கும், மணமகள் திருமண ஆவணத்தில் கையெழுத்திட அனுமதிப்பதற்கும் இந்த திருத்தங்கள் உள்ளன.
பாதுகாப்பு காரணங்களுக்காக, பொது இடங்களில் புர்கா மீதான தடையும் இந்த திட்டத்தில் உள்ளது.
செய்தியாளர்களிடம் பேசிய அமைச்சர் அலி சப்ரிஇ தனது பதவிக் காலத்தில் நாட்டில் பௌத்தம் தொடர்பான சட்டங்களில் எந்த மாற்றத்தையும் அனுமதிக்க மாட்டேன் என்று மீண்டும் வலியுறுத்தினார்.

ReplyDeleteYou say you won't permit changes regarding Buddhist laws as long as you are the Minister. You must be joking. What makes you think that you will be allowed to make any changes in Buddhist laws or even Hindu or Christian laws??

1. What is BURGA according to your definition in this BAND.
if not most of our Muslim sisters wearing even Hijab will face
problems in Hospitals, government offices, Schools and Universities.
2) Also Define clearly what do you mean by public places.
If not, the racists and such officers will not allow our musim women
to come out of their houses, especially in cities.
NOTE: It seems, they simply gave back our right to burial, after asking Imran Khan to support in Geneva, BUT they now satisfy the RACIST of this land by snatching our rights of dress and marriage.
In brief, they are using a MUSLIM, in this position to snatch our rights this way...

கொலை,கொள்ளை,களவு,போதைவஸ்துக்கள் பித்தலாட்டங்கள் போன்ற விடையங்கள் ஒழிந்துவிடுமா? இது யாரின் தேவைக்காக கொண்டுவரப்பட்டுள்ள யோசனை?!
இதனால் பெரும் நஸ்டம் அடையபோவது இலங்கை அரசாங்கமே லங்கையை நாடிவந்த பல்லாயிர கணக்கான அரேபிய குடும்பங்கள் தங்களின் சுற்றுலா பயனத்தை மலேசியா, இந்துநோசியா,தாய்லாந்து ,பிளிபின்,இந்தியா போன்ற நாடுகளுக்கு திருப்பிவிடுவார்கள் காரணம் அரேபிய குடும்பங்களின் அதிகமான பெண்கள் முகமூடியவர்கள் அவர்களின் வருகைகள் இலங்கையில் இந்த காரணத்தால் முற்றிலும் இல்லாமல் ஆகிவிடும்!
