அபாயா விவகாரத்திற்கு, அரசாங்கம் தீர்வு வழங்க வேண்டும்
திருகோணமலை ஸ்ரீ சண்முகா இந்து மகளிர் கல்லூரியில் முஸ்லிம் ஆசிரியைகள் அபாயா அணிவதைத் தடுத்ததன் மூலம் உருவாகியுள்ள பிரச்சினைக்கு அரசாங்கமே தீர்வு வழங்கவேண்டும். அரசாங்கம் தாமதியாது தனது நிலைப்பாட்டினைத் தெரிவிக்க வேண்டும் என ஸ்ரீ லங்கா முஸ்லிம் காங்கிரஸின் முன்னாள் செயலாளரும் முன்னாள் இராஜாங்க அமைச்சருமான எம்.ரி.ஹசன் அலி தெரிவித்தார்.
ஸ்ரீ சண்முகா கல்லூரியின் 5 முஸ்லிம் ஆசிரியைகளின் கலாசார உடையான அபாயாவுக்கு எதிர்ப்புத் தெரிவித்ததுடன் ஆர்ப்பாட்டம் நடத்தியமை தொடர்பில் கருத்து தெரிவிக்கையிலேயே அவர் இவ்வாறு கூறினார். அவர் தொடர்ந்தும் கருத்து தெரிவிக்கையில்;
‘அரசாங்கப் பாடசாலைகளில் ஆசிரியைகளின் அபாயா தொடர்பில் ஆராய்ந்து தீர்வொன்றினைப் பெற்றுக் கொள்வதற்காக கல்வியமைச்சு குழுவொன்றினை நியமித்துள்ளதாகத் தெரிவித்துள்ளது. இக் குழுவுடன் முஸ்லிம் பாராளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர்கள் தொடர்பிலிருந்து இப்பிரச்சினை எவ்வாறு அணுகப்படுகிறது என்பதை அவதானிக்கவேண்டும்.
இலங்கையில் எத்தனையோ தமிழ்த் தேசிய பாடசாலைகள் இயங்குகின்றன. அப்பாடசாலைகளில் முஸ்லிம் ஆசிரியைகள் அபாயா அணிந்து கடமை புரிகிறார்கள். ஆனால் அங்கெல்லாம் இவ்வாறான பிரச்சினைகள் உருவாகவில்லை. திருகோணமலையில் மாத்திரம் அபாயா பிரச்சினை ஏன் உருவாகியிருக்கிறது என்பது பற்றி ஆராயப்பட வேண்டும்.
அபாயா பிரச்சினை திடீரென இந்த சந்தர்ப்பத்தில் ஏற்படுத்தப்பட்டதன் பின்னணியில் ஏதோ சூழ்ச்சி இருக்கவேண்டும். இப்பிரச்சினையை நாம் தமிழ், முஸ்லிம் பிரச்சினையாகப் பார்க்கவில்லை. திருகோணமலையில் பல்லாண்டுகாலமாக தமிழ், முஸ்லிம் மக்கள் எதுவித பிரச்சினையுமின்றி சமாதானமாக நல்லிணக்கத்துடனே வாழ்ந்து வந்திருக்கிறார்கள். இரு இனத்தையும் மோதவிட்டுப் பார்ப்பதற்காக இந்த ஏற்பாடு மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டதா என்றும் சந்தேகிக்கவேண்டியுள்ளது.
அபாயா விவகாரத்தை தீர்ப்பதற்கு கல்வி அமைச்சு குழுவொன்றினை நியமித்துள்ளது. அக்குழு அதற்கான ஏற்பாடுகளைச் செய்யும் என்று முஸ்லிம் பாராளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர்கள் மௌனமாக இருந்துவிடக்கூடாது. குழுவின் நடவடிக்கைகள் தொடர்பில் ஆராய்ந்து பார்க்க வேண்டும்” என்றார்.

ReplyDeleteGovt.should not grant permission to Habaya and it is to be banned in Sri Lanka. It is an Arabic dress and it is a necessity for them to wear to protect from sand wind. It is worn by males and females. This dress is not stated in Quran. Hence , Muslims in Sri Lanka did not wear this dress in 1990 and before. Bangladeshis wear sari and Indonesian and Malaysian wear their cultural dress. Pakistanis wear Panjabi dress. Our dress is half sari or sari or Panjabi dress which are decent. When our females wore our traditional dress, our females were respected by Sinhalese. There is grapevine that Saudi is going to liberalise Habaya.

My question the dress your sister and mother wearing Punjabi, court suite, jeans all this made in Sinhala or Sri Lanka? Tell me?

So you better ask your Mother, Sister, and all in your family ladies to wear our old traditional Vedhi Dress... Its suits your family... Not suites other Muslims of This country.
Without having proper knowledge of Qur'An and the real traditional dress of SriLanka Please don't utter...
In Sri Lanka all Muslim ladies not wearing habaya. Only few ladies wearing habaya. It also after 1990 only. If this few habaya ladies also wearing respectable sarees and salwars our 50% problems will be solved.
