முஸ்லிம் ஒருவர் பிணையில், விடுதலையானமைக்கு வருத்தமடையும் சம்பிக்க
வெள்ளவத்தையில் இடிந்து விழுந்த கட்டிடத்தின் உரிமையாளர் (முஸ்லிம் வர்த்தகர்) எவ்வித சிறைவாசமும் அனுபவிக்காது பிணையில் விடுதலையாகியிருப்பது பெரும் ஏமாற்றம் அளித்திருப்பதாக பெருநகரம் மற்றும் மேல் மாகாண அபிவிருத்தி அமைச்சர் பாட்டளி சம்பிக்க ரணவக்க தெரிவித்தார்.
இவ்வாறான சட்டவிரோத கட்டிடங்களுக்கு எதிராக மக்கள் எழுச்சி அவசியம் என்றும் அவர் வலியுறுத்தியுள்ளார்.
'சவோய்' திரையரங்கிற்கு பின்புறமாக அமைந்துள்ள கல்யாண மண்டபம் இடிந்து விழுந்ததில் மூவர் உயிரிழந்த சம்பவம் தொடர்பில் ஆராய்ந்த பின்னர் கருத்து தெரிவிக்கும்போதே அமைச்சர் இவ்வாறு கூறினார்.
"வெள்ளவத்தையில் இடிந்து வீழ்ந்த கட்டிடத்தின் உரிமையாளர் சிறைவாசம் அனுபவிக்காது மிகவும் குறுகிய காலத்துக்குள் பிணையில் விடுதலையாகியுள்ளார் என்பதனைக் கூறுவதில் நான் மிகுந்த வருத்தமடைகிறேன். இதில் அப்பாவி மக்களே உயிரிழந்தும் பாதிக்கப்பட்டும் உள்ளனர். அவர்களுக்கு நியாயம் கிடைக்கவில்லை.எனவே மக்களுக்கு நியாயம் கிடைக்கும் வகையில் செயற்படுமாறு நான் அனைத்து சட்ட நிறுவனங்களிடமும் தாழ்மையுடன் கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன்." என்றும் அமைச்சர் சம்பிக்க ரணவக்க தெரிவித்தார்.
மக்கள் உரிமைக்காக வீதியிலிறங்கி ஆர்ப்பாட்டம் செய்யும் வீரர்கள் இது போன்ற விடயங்களுக்காக நாட்டில் எழுச்சியை ஏற்படுத்த துணிந்து செயற்பட வேண்டும். அத்துடன் இவ்வாறான சட்டவிரோத கட்டிட நிர்மாணங்களுக்கெதிராக நாட்டில் மக்கள் எழுச்சி மிகவும் அவசியம் என்றும் அமைச்சர் வலியுறுத்தினார்.
If the Law & orders of the country equally & rightly enforced, no one can escape from that. If the govt.couldn't make sure must wanted national unity by its law & orders, rest are nothing.

செய்தியில் “முஸ்லீம்” என்று குறிப்பிடவில்லை jaffna muslim தான் தவறான தலையங்கம் கொடுத்து இனவாதத்தை தூண்ட முயல்கிறது கட்டாயம் கண்டிக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.

i agree with you Mr.Champika, in order to make justice to the people, first most thing is to arrest you and put in jail for then execute you for spreading racism, destroying muslims business entity, killing muslims in Aluthgama & encouraging Gnanasara to make violence against minority.

ReplyDeleteஇலங்கை முஸ்லிம்களுக்கு எதிரான சிங்கள இனவாத செயட்பாடுகளின் உண்மையான முதன்மை சூத்திரதாரி யார் என்பது மீண்டும் இந்த சம்பிக்கவின் வாயின் மூலமே வெளியாகியுள்ளது. ஆக, இந்த இனவாதத்திட்கு எதிராக அனைத்து மக்களும் தலைமைகளும் ஓன்று சேர்ந்து அல்லாஹ்விடம் முறையிடுவதோடு ஒரே குரலில் முதலில் சம்பிக்கவுக்கு எதிராக எதிர்ப்புகளை தெரிவித்தாலே தவிர உண்மையான குற்றவாளியை உலகம் அறியாது.. இனவாத நடவடிக்கைகளை கட்டுப்படுத்தவும் முடியாது.
ReplyDeleteIllegal buildings are not 100% the owner's fault. Officers in the Municipalities who approve and grant building permits after accepting bribes are equally responsible. Then the Building Inspectors, again after accepting bribes, who certify the buildings as suitable for occupancy are culprits too. The entire gang should be behind bars.
ReplyDeleteHe should have been remanded when his car met accident with motorcyclist recently. He escaped because of Yahapalanaya.
ReplyDeleteIf it is an unauthorized building, regardless of the owner Muslim or non Muslim justice should be served. If the building collapse happened when a wedding/nikkah is progressing our community would be in the fore front to see him behind bars. Don't just interpret everything Champika says on racial grounds. In fact out of the write up nowhere he has mentioned the person in concern is Muslim or otherwise, you are the one who has mentioned it within brackets to buy credits to your story.
ReplyDeletePoint is simple, if the building is unauthorized and built in violation of proper building standards, the owner should be prosecuted. when it comes to Justice we can't expect that to be lenient on us and though on those we do not favour.
ஜப்னா முஸ்லிம் இனவாதத்தை தூண்டக் கூடாது. அமைச்சர் எங்கேயும் "முஸ்லிம்" என்று குறிப்பிடவில்லை. யார் செய்தாலும் குற்றம் குற்றம் தான். தயவு செய்து இனவாதத்தை தூண்ட வேண்டாம்.
