ஆமாம். கட்டாயமாகவும் கண்டிப்பாகவும் மட்டுமல்ல மிக மிக அவசரமாகவும் செய்யப்பட வேண்டும். இவர்களை பூண்டோடு அழித்தால்தான் உலகில் அமைதியும் நிம்மதியும்.
