எழுந்த அஸ்வர், அமரவைத்த அரசாங்க கட்சியின் பிரதம அமைப்பாளர்

நாடாளுமன்றத்தில் இன்று 19-11-2014 பௌத்த சாசனம் உட்பட்ட அமைச்சுக்களுக்கான நிதி ஒதுக்கீட்டு வாதம் இடம்பெற்று கொண்டிருக்கிறது.
இதன் போது சுயாதீன நாடாளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர் அஜித் குமார உள்ளுராட்சி அமைச்சு தொடர்பில் கேள்வி ஒன்றை எழுப்பினார்.
இதற்கு பதிலளித்த அரசாங்க கட்சியின் பிரதம அமைப்பாளர் திணேஸ்குணவர்தன, குறித்த பதிலை வழங்குவதற்கு உரிய தகவல்கள் தம்மிடம் இல்லை என்று கூறினார்.
இதன் போது எழுந்த நாடாளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர் எம்.எச்.எம். அஸ்வர் நாடாளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர் அஜித்குமாரவின் கேள்விக்கு பதில் வழங்க முற்பட்டார்.
எனினும் அதனை தடுத்த அமைச்சர் திணேஸ்குணவர்தன, நாடாளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர் அஷ்வர் இந்த விடயத்தில் தலையிடாது தமது ஆசனத்தில் அமருமாறு கோரிக்கை விடுத்தார்.
A new political culture has to be born within the political aspirations and inspirations, of the Sri Lanka Muslim polity, Insha Allah. The likes of Muslim/Government politician Azwer have been a disgrace to our community. Their behaviour has resulted in our political identity and strength to be disregarded by the would be nationalist powers and even the leaders of all communities. We do not need any more Azwers (with no malice to him) in the future, we need honest, sincere and dedicated politicians from among the young and the old guard of our community, immediately. We are really a strength to ourselves and we must show that we can be a strength to the others with equality, Insha Allah.
