காத்தான்குடி குட்வின் சந்தியில் அமைந்திருக்கும் கடைத்தொகுதிகள் கடந்த 2011-11-26ம் திகதி சேதப்படுத்தப்பட்டதையடுத்து மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்ட வழக்கின் இறுதித் தீர்ப்பு 01-03-2013 வரை ஒத்திவைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளதாக காத்தான்குடி முகைதீன் மெத்தைப் பெரிய ஜூம்மாப் பள்ளிவாயல் தலைவரும் பள்ளிவாயல்கள் முஸ்லிம் நிறுவனங்களின் சம்மேளனத் தலைவருமான மர்சூக் அஹமட் லெப்பை தெரிவித்தார்.
இது தொடர்பில் அவர் கருத்துத் தெரிவிக்கையில்
மட்டக்களப்பு காத்தான்குடி குட்வின் சந்தியில் அமைந்திருக்கும் காத்தான்குடி முகைதீன் மெத்தைப் பெரிய ஜூம்மாப் பள்ளிவாயலுக்குச் சொந்தமான கடைத்தொகுதிகள் காத்தான்குடி நகர சபைத் தவிசாளரினால் சட்டவிரோதமானவை என சுட்டிக்காட்டப்பட்டு கடந்த 2011-11-26ம் திகதி சேதப்படுத்தப்பட்டதையடுத்து முகைதீன் மெத்தைப் பெரிய ஜூம்மாப் பள்ளிவாயல் நிர்வாகத்தினர் உயர் நீதிமன்றில் வழக்குத் தாக்கல் செய்ததையடுத்து கடந்த 15மாதங்களாக வழக்கு இடம்பெற்று வந்தது.
இதற்கான இறுதித் தீர்ப்பு வழங்கும் நாள் இன்று என தீர்மானிக்கப்பட்டிருந்தும் மனுதாரர்கள் அவர்களுடைய சட்டத்தரணிகள் சகிதம் மன்றில் சமுகமளிக்காத காரணத்தினால் இறுதித் தீர்ப்பு வழங்கப்படும் போது சட்டத்தரணிகளும் இருக்க வேண்டுமென நீதிபதி கருதியதால் இதன் தீர்ப்பு 01-03-2013 வழங்கப்படவுள்ளது.
வழங்கப்படுகின்ற தீர்ப்பு மெத்தைப் பள்ளிக்கு சார்பாக கிடைப்பதற்கும் இதன் மூலம் நாட்டில் இருக்கின்ற சகல பள்ளிவாசல்களின் காணிகள் பாதுகாக்கப்பட வேண்டுமென்பதற்காகவும் இறைவனிடம் பிரார்த்திக்குமாறும் காத்தான்குடி முகைதீன் மெத்தைப் பெரிய ஜூம்மாப் பள்ளிவாயல் தலைவரும் பள்ளிவாயல்கள் முஸ்லிம் நிறுவனங்களின் சம்மேளனத் தலைவருமான மர்சூக் அஹமட் லெப்பை பொது மக்களைக் கேட்டுக் கொண்டார்.
Sir, please correct your statement. First time in the World, cemetery land was used for commercial purpose is in Kattankudi only. My question is who gave authority to trustee board to build shops? do you have permission from Ministry of Muslim Cultural Affairs?
ReplyDeleteReally, you have to run a Masjid from the income which you receive through haram source?, Even ACJU opposed your decision to build these shops in cemetry land. Show me one proof, which society has used their cemetery land for commercial purpose. All religion respect thier deceased. But in Kattankudi, it is really shame.
These cemetery lands are belongs to kattankudi Muslims. Not for Masjids. You do not have rights on that. You all are not maintaing Masjids. You are doing business. Fear Allah, you will have to answer to Almighty Allah.
What happened in kattankudi is shame. All Jumma Masjids have used public Muslim cemetry lands to build shops and have donated to SL Govt. to Govt. department. Who gave this authority to you?????
Mohideen Methat Jumma Masjid has donated land to Kattankudi Federation. Brother, do you know our brothers and sisters are on rest below this building. Federation bring non-Muslims and having meeting in this building. No Muslim will do such a worst thing.
You will see, in near future, Kattankudi people will have to through their janazaas into sea. These all misuse of authorities. Mohideen Methai Jumma mosque is the one which started this culture.
All buildings which are built in cemeteries should be demolished.
