கொழும்பில் வடக்கு முஸ்லிம்களின் 22 ஆவது வருட வெளியேற்ற நிகழ்வு (படங்கள்)
வடமாகாணத்திலிருந்து முஸ்லிம்கள் வெளியேற்றப்பட்டு 22 வருடங்கள் கழிந்துள்தை நினைவு கூறும் நிகழ்வொன்றினை முஸ்லிம் கவுன்சில் ஒப் ஸ்ரீலங்கா பண்டாரநாயக்க சர்வதேச மாநாட்டு மண்டபத்தில் இன்று 16-11-2012 நடத்தியது.
அமைப்பின் தலைவர் என்.எம்.அமீன் தலைமையில் இடம்பெற்ற இந்த நிகழ்வில் பொருளாதார அபிவிருத்தி அமைச்சர் பஷில் ராஜபக்ஸ பிரதம அதிதியாக கலந்த கொண்டு முக்கிய உரையினையாற்றினார்.அமைச்சர்களான டக்ளஸ் தேவானந்தா,பாட்டலி சம்பிக்க ரணவக்க,ராவய பத்திரிகையின் ஆசிரியர் விக்டர் ஜவன்,பேராசிரியர் டாக்டர் ஹஸ்புள்ளா,ஆகியோரும் இங்கு உரைகளை ஆற்றினர்.
இடம் பெயர்வு குறித்து மாணவி நஹ்லா அனீஸ் ஆங்கிலத்தில் காத்திரமான உரையினை இங்கு முன் வைத்தார்.இந்த நிகழ்வில் அமைச்சர்கள்,பாராளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர்கள்,ஆளுநர்கள்,மாகாண முதலமைச்சர், உறுப்பினர்கள்,பன்னாட்டு துாதுவர்கள் உட்பட பெரும் எண்ணிக்கையிலானவர்களும் இதன் போது கலந்து கொண்டனர்.
All these years what has anyone done anything in regard to this? Most of the the international community doesnt know whether such an atrocity occurred even. Even to date there are elements who try to suppress this info with dumb excuses.
ReplyDeleteDid anyone make an honest effort to uplift these people's plight? Dont go to the houses of the ones who had recovered. Go to the ones in Puttalam and surrounding areas where they live in so called huts where even pigs wont live.
Having exhibitions and conferences will not make any changes to these people. Use that money to do to do some good to them. Its not only material help they need. Psychological, Physiological, Medical etc. So beat out the crap and do something - PLEASE
