This simply a part of Israel policy to keep Muslims busy around the world to solve their problems in local area. So that World Muslim will focus less or not at all on Palestine the main problem of Muslims.
Israel tries to keep Muslims in a boiled and disturbed situation using local racist groups like BBS, Sivasena, RSS, Miyanmar state like groups.
