எம்மை சிறையில் அடைப்பதால், அழித்துவிடலாம் என கருதவேண்டாம் - SLTJ சீறுகிறது
SLTJ பொதுச் செயலாளர் கைது – நடந்தது என்ன? தவ்ஹீத் ஜமாஅத்தின் உத்தியோகபூர்வ அறிக்கை
SLTJ யின் பொதுச் செயலாளர் சகோதரர் அப்துர் ராஸிக் அவர்களுக்கு எதிராக பொது பல சேனா அமைப்பினரால் தாக்கல் செய்யப்பட்ட மனு 16 மாலை 4.00 மணியளவில் கொழும்பு புதுக்கடை நீதிமன்றத்தில் விசாரணைக்கு எடுத்துக் கொள்ளப்பட்டு, எதிர் வரும் 29 ஆம் திகதி வரும் வரை பிணை மறுக்கப்பட்ட நிலையில் அப்துர் ராஸிக் அவர்கள் விளக்கமறியலில் வைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளார்.
கடந்த சில வாரங்களுக்கு முன்னர் இலங்கைக்கான GSP+ வரிச்சலுகை கிடைக்க வேண்டுமானால் முஸ்லிம் தனியார் சட்டத்திலுள்ள பெண்களின் திருமண வயது மற்றும் வேறு சில விடயங்களும் மாற்றப்படல் வேண்டும் என்ற நிபந்தனையினை ஐரோப்பிய யூனியன் விட்டிருப்பதாக இலங்கை அரசு உத்தியோகபூர்வமாக ஊடக அறிக்கை விட்டது.
முஸ்லிம் தனியார் சட்டத்தில் மாற்றங்கள் தேவை. ஆனால், அந்த மாற்றங்கள் குர்ஆன் மற்றும் நபிகளாரின் வழிகாட்டலுக்கு ஏற்ப முஸ்லிம் புத்திஜீவிகள் ஒன்று கூடி ஏற்படுத்த வேண்டுமே தவிர, அரசினதோ, ஐரோப்பிய யூனியனினதோ நிபந்தனைகளுக்காக மாற்றம் செய்யக் கூடாது என்பதனை எடுத்துச் சொல்லியும், அரசின் இம்முன்னெடுப்பை கண்டித்தும் கடந்த 03.11.2016 அன்று மாபெரும் ஆர்ப்பாட்டம் ஒன்றினை ஸ்ரீலங்கா தவ்ஹீத் ஜமாஅத் நடாத்தியது.
ஆர்ப்பாட்டத்திற்கான அழைப்பு விடுக்கப்பட்டவுடன் பொதுபலசேனா அமைப்பின் ஞான சார தேரர், “ஆர்ப்பாட்டம் செய்து கோட்டைக்கு SLTJ வந்தால் அடித்துத் துரத்துவோம்” என்றும் பகிரங்கமாக மிரட்டல் விட்டிருந்தார்.
எதிர்ப்பை தாண்டி ஆர்ப்பாட்டம் இனிதே நடைபெற்றது. ஆர்ப்பாட்ட கண்டன உரையில் அரசையும், ஐரோப்பிய யூனியனையும் கண்டித்ததோடு, பேரணி வந்தால் அடித்துத் துரத்துவோம்! அல்லாஹ்வுக்கு இரண்டா? மூன்றா? என்று ரவுடித்தனமாகவும், ஒரு மதத்தின் கடவுள் நம்பிக்கையினை இழித்துரைக்கும் விதமாகவும் பேசிய ஞானசார தேரரை கண்டித்தும் கண்டன உரை நிகழ்த்தப்பட்டது.
மேற்படி உரையில் ஞானசார தேரர் கண்டிக்கப்பட்டதுக்கு எதிர்ப்பை தெரிவித்து மனுவொன்று குறிப்பிட்ட அமைப்பினால் தாக்கல் செய்யப்பட்டது. இம்மனுவே 16.11.2016 ஆம் திகதி கொழும்பு புதுக்கடை நீதிமன்றத்தில் விசாரணைக்காக எடுத்துக் கொள்ளப்பட்டது.
மேற்படி விசாரணையில் SLTJ யிற்கு எதிராக “இனங்களுக்கிடையில் கொந்தளிப்பை அப்துர் ராஸிக் ஏற்படுத்துகிறார்” என்று எம்மை எதிர்த்து வாதிடுவதற்காக பொதுபலசேனா அமைப்பினருடன் சேர்ந்து அஸாத் சாலியினால் அனுப்பப்பட்ட சட்டத்தரணி ஷஹீத் அவர்களும் வாதிட்டமை குறிப்பிடத்தக்க அம்சமாகும்.
விசாரணையின் இறுதியில், அப்துர் ராஸிக் அவர்களின் உரையில் குறிப்பிடத்தக்க எந்தவொரு தவறையும் எதிர் தரப்பினரால் முன்வைக்க முடியாமல் போனபோதிலும், ஏலவே நடப்பிலுள்ள பிரிதொரு வழக்கின் பிணைக்கான நிபந்தனையிற்கு மாற்றமாக மேற்படி உரை அமைந்துள்ளது என்ற தவறான ஒரு காரணத்தை முன்வைத்து, எதிர் வரும் 26 ஆம் திகதி வரை விளக்கமறியலில் வைக்கப்படல் வேண்டும் என்று தீர்ப்பு வழங்கப்பட்டது.
மேற்படி தீர்ப்புக்கு முன்வைக்கப்பட்ட காரணம் தவறானது என்பதுடன், இதற்கான எதிர் நடவடிக்கையினை சட்ட ரீதியாக ஜமாஅத் முன்னெடுக்கவும் உத்தேசித்துள்ளது.
ஜமாஅத்தின் நிர்வாகிகளை சிறையில் அடைப்பதாலோ, அல்லது இன்ன பிற எதிர்ப்பு நடவடிக்கைகளை மேற்கொள்வதனாலோ இந்த ஜமாஅத்தின் கொள்கையினை அழித்துவிடலாம் என்று சில அமைப்பினரும், அரசியல் வாதிகளும் பகற்கனவு கண்டவண்ணம் உள்ளனர். இது போன்றவர்களுக்கு ஒன்றை சொல்லிக் கொள்கின்றோம். அல்லாஹ்வின் மீது சுமத்தப்பட்ட இழிவான விமர்சனத்துக்கு பதிலளிக்கும் இறைப் பணிக்காய் சிறைகூடம் செல்வது இந்த ஜமாஅத்தில் உள்ள அடிமட்ட தொண்டன் முதல் நிர்வாக மட்டத்தில் உள்ளவர்கள் வரை மனதார ஆசிக்கும் ஓர் அம்சமாகும். ஏனெனில், கொள்கைக்காய் சிறை கூடம் செல்வது நபிமார்களின் வழிமுறைகளில் ஒன்று என்றே திருக்குர்ஆன் அடையாளப்படுத்துகிறது.
ஆதலால், எம்மை சிறையில் அடைத்துவிடுவதால் எம் கொள்கை போராட்டத்தினையும், சமுதாய உரிமைப் போராட்டத்தினையும் அழித்துவிடலாம் என்று கருதிவிடவேண்டாம். எதிர்ப்புகளையும், சிறைகூடத்தினையும், இறைவனுக்காய் இன்முகத்துடன் எதிர்கொள்ளும் உணர்வுடன் பயணிக்கும் எம்மை பொருத்தமட்டில் இது போன்ற நிகழ்வுகள் எமது கொள்கை போராட்டத்தினை இன்னும் இன்னும் வீரியப்படுத்துமே தவிர வீழ்ச்சிகான வைக்காது என்பதனையும் இங்கு அழுத்தமாய் பதிவு செய்து கொள்கின்றோம்.

As far as we know that the All Ceylon Jammiyathul Ulamaa (ACJU) is doing its work well above the expectation and therefore let us follow ACJU and leave the rest to Almighty Allah (SWT) for the best.

SLTJ and other groups are out of Islam. So, How you can combine this issue with Islam? SLTJ did wrong deeds and now they trying to combine with Islam how cruel mineded they are.
Is there a hadees to create GROUPS and preach Islam? NO. You are wrong with the basic. How you can expose that you are inside Islam?
Do you know which managerial system you are following to preach Islam? It's from Jews.

DeleteNot only SLTJ but also every Islamic groups in the world are out of Islam. Their basic is wronge. Everybody is telling they following Quran and sunnah but it's contradict when we see their activities and behavior.
DeleteAnd creating groups for Islam is a wrong motivation. Do you know what will happen to SLTJ or other groups after 100 years or 1000 years? Why not that people's can hope this SLTJ leaders as God. Asthoufirulla. Allah protect us.
And there is no any evidence in Quran or Hadees to create groups to divide the Muslim community. Islam is preaching to be unite everyone and preach errornious each other to make it correct. But unfortunately we are divided to groups.
I challenge you to bring SLTJ leaders for an open debate. I'm ready to prove they are out of Islam.
A small example, reciting Quran is a best deed for a Muslim but can you recite it in an uncleaned area like toilet? You can't. Because it wrong. It's not a respect to Quran and it's not a practice of our prophet. I mean toilet for groups.
Groups als same. They telling they are real Muslims but it's opposite to Quran and sunnah when we see their behavior and activities
So be a Muslim but don't stick to groups. We will stick with Quran and sunnah.
I believe every group will be destroyed one day to be United every Muslims under Quran and sunnah.
It will happen at least after prophet Jesus arrival. Inshallah.
Our beloved prophet said there will be 72 groups during the day of judgement and out of 72 one group will enter the paradise... so we don't know which one is right and which are wrong... of course we have to follow commandments of holy Quran and sahi hadees.. which groups taught us such as kaththam Fathiha, kanthoori, etc which is not in Islam and which group teach us now as such stupid things are not in islam... many wrong beliefs have been removed from day today life by this SLTJ.

I and me following Quran and sunnah it means we are the one that group can go to jennah. that group doesn't have a name like SLTJ or others. It's Muslim. That group will never follow fithna and kafirs managerial systems.
So don't stick to groups but stick to Quran and sunnah and preach it first to your family and neighbors also I will preach it to my family and neighbors then every world will be pure Muslim unity without groups and fithna. Use your sense.

So what about prophet Jesus?? He will join with SLTJ or Muslims? He will join with Muslims not with the groups which following foot path of kafirs managerial systems.
I pray Allah to destroy your groups soon and unite us as Muslims and follow Quran and sunnah.

It is to be noted that this particular jamath do not represent whole muslim population of our country. There are leaders and learned scholars in our society who truly represent our community working on our legal reformation. Unwanted interference and incitement by fringe elements like this jamath is creating bigger problems to our society than any good. Please bear in mind that in Tamil Nadu this jamath can undertake big protests in the name of muslims and people and government there are less caring due to the fact they are Dravida thinking ( Logical thinking ) society.Our country is different. Here Budhism and clergy are considered revered by majority community. Following Tamil Nadu way in our country may backlash. So better think differently, get on with our community leaders who represent majority muslims in order achieve anything good for the community.
