முஸ்லிம் திருமண மற்றும் விவாகரத்துச் சட்டத்தில் மாற்றங்களை மேற்கொள்ள அமைச்சரவை அனுமதி அளித்துள்ளது.
முஸ்லிம் பெண்களின் ஆகக்குறைந்த திருமண வயது எல்லையை 18 ஆக மாற்றம் செய்யும் வகையில் இந்த யோசனை முன்வைக்கப்பட்டிருந்தது.
2019ஆம் ஆண்டு ஏப்ரல் மாதம் 21ஆம் திகதி இலங்கையில் நடத்தப்பட்ட பயங்கரவாதத் தாக்குதல் சம்பவத்தின் பின்னர், முஸ்லிம் திருமண மற்றும் விவாகரத்துச் சட்ட திருத்தம் தொடர்பில் கவனம் செலுத்தப்பட்டது.
இந்த நிலையில், கடந்த ஜுலை 11ஆம் திகதி நாடாளுமன்றத்தை பிரதி நிதித்துவப்படுத்தும் முஸ்லிம் உறுப்பினர்கள் 11 பேர் ஒன்றுக்கூடி, முஸ்லிம் திருமண மற்றும் விவாகரத்துச் சட்டத்தில் திருத்தங்களை மேற்கொள்ள இணக்கம் தெரிவித்திருந்தனர்.
முஸ்லிம் திருமண மற்றும் விவாகரத்து சட்டத்தில் திருத்தத்தை கொண்டு வர முஸ்லிம் நாடாளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர்கள் இணக்கம் வெளியிட்ட முதலாவது சந்தர்ப்பம் இதுவாகும்.
இந்த நிலையில், இது தொடர்பான யோசனைகள் அடங்கிய அமைச்சரவை பத்திரத்துக்கு அமைச்சரவை அனுமதி கிடைத்துள்ளது.
தபால் சேவை மற்றும் முஸ்லிம் மத அலுவல்கள் அமைச்சர், நீதி மற்றும் சிறைச்சாலை மறுசீரமைப்பு அமைச்சர் ஆகியோர் இணைந்து இந்த கூட்டு பத்திரத்தை தாக்கல் செய்திருந்தனர்.

UN talks of Freedom of Practicing Religion... BUT When it comes to ISLAM they try to break it.
ReplyDeleteIT is legal in ISLAM to consummate marriage after the age of puberty regardless of the age. This was even the practice of many other religious people around the world in the past. Even in Srilanka, if we go back in the history every society has their grand grand parents married at their young ages.
BUT now Some super powers and their establishment UN are trying to establish new rules (man made rules) for their own reasons (which may in future even can change). They are forcing us to change our religious rights, just because they designed laws that to go against to the practice of people that were allowed by GOD.
For them,,, Youngsters after puberty involving in Illegal sexual relation is acceptable as freedom BUT if the same youngsters after puberty involving in legal marriage and then involving in sexual relation is not acceptable. Really Crazy
In future if the west and super powers going to set not the age of 18 but 28 as the age of marriage... will you going to change the marriage age again as per their changing minds?
Respect the permission given by GOD in this issue,, HE who created us and this universe knows what is correct and what is wrong for human being.
Please Do not snatch our FREEDOM of Practicing our Religion.

ReplyDelete18 years age limit is necessary and it will help a would be mother to be more knowledgeable about marriage and its consequences. Girls would have enough time to finish their studies. Illegal marrying her off would stop. A would be mother will have physical and mental strength to cope with marriage and her life afterwards.
