பயங்கரவாத சட்டத்தின கீழ், கைதான 2 முஸ்லிம் இளைஞர்கள் விடுதலை
மாவனல்லை சிலை உடைப்பு விவகாரம் தொடர்ப்பில் கைது செய்யப்பட இருவர் பிணையில் விடுதலை செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளனர்.
மாவனல்லை சிலை உடைப்பு சம்பவத்துடன் தொடர்புள்ளதாக தெரிவித்து குறித்த இருவரும், கடந்த ஜனவரி மாதம் விசேட அதிரடிப்படையினால் கைது செய்யப்பட்டு, நீதிமன்றில் ஆஜர் செய்யப்பட்டதன் பின்னர் அவர்களை 90 நாட்கள் பொலிஸ் தடுப்புக்காவலில் வைத்து விசாரிப்பதற்கு நீதிமன்றம் உத்தரவிட்டிருந்தது.
இந்நிலையில் குறித்த வழங்கு இன்று -10- விசாரணைக்கு எடுத்துக்கொள்ளப்பட்டபோதே மாவனல்லை நீதிமன்றத்தினால் இளைஞர்கள் இருவரும் பிணையில் விடுதலை செய்யப்பட்டனர்.
Two suspects namely Mohamed Nafees Mohamed Nafrith (21 years ) and Mohamed Nafees Mohamed Naweeth (19 years ) of puttalam who were arrested by CID at Wanathawilluwa on 08/01/2019 for suspecting of aiding and abetting terrorism activities and later dealth under section 9(1) of Prevention of Terrorism act and kept under detention order from 2019/01/11 for threemonths

Today these two boys were produced before Mawanella Magistrate Court under the case No B/11330/18 by CID chief Inspector Marasinghe and Informed court that these two suspects were no longer required for this case.
Accordingly Hon.Judge discharged/released the two youth on conditions that they should report to CID on every Sunday and if they change thier residence they should Inform CID accordingly.
It was reported in media that these boys were arrested by CID with explosives and few detonators but later found that these suspects were innocent.
Well know social activists Miflal Moulavi worked hard with few politicians to get these boys released.
Senior Advocate Shiraz Noordeen and lawyer Sajjath Mohamed worked with relevant authorities to get these innocent boys released at earliest.

Assad Sally has supported these innocent boys and their families.. good and supper good work. this moulavi, this solicitor and all who did this must be appreciated. I will they will support other two children of Moulavi Ibrahim to get them released or to find them out.
