ஒற்றுமையாக பயணிக்க றிஷாத் ஆர்வம், வியூகம் வகுக்கவேண்டும் என்கிறார் ஹக்கீம்
பலவந்தமாக பறித்தெடுக்கப்பட்ட ஆட்சியை மீண்டும் அவர்களிடமே ஒப்படைப்பதற்கு நாங்கள் தயாரில்லை. ஜனாதிபதிக்கு பிடிக்காவிட்டால் தொடர்ந்து பிரதமரை மாற்றிக்கொண்டே இருப்பார். இந்நிலையில், பாராளுமன்றம் கலைக்கப்பட்டதற்கு எதிராக நாளை (12) உயர் நீதிமன்றத்தை நாடவுள்ளோம் என்று ஸ்ரீலங்கா முஸ்லிம் காங்கிரஸ் தலைவர் ரவூப் ஹக்கீம் தெரிவித்தார்.
ஸ்ரீலங்கா முஸ்லிம் காங்கிரஸ் தலைமையகம் தாருஸ்ஸலாமில் இன்று ஞாயிற்றுக்கிழமை (11) நடைபெற்ற கட்சியின் மக்கள் பிரதிநிதிகளுடனான கலந்துரையாடலின்போதே ரவூப் ஹக்கீம் இவ்வாறு தெரிவித்தார்.அங்கு தொடர்ந்து உரையாற்றிய ரவூப் ஹக்கீம் மேலும் கூறியதாவது;
ஜனாதிபதி மைத்திரிபால சிறிசேன சட்டத்துக்கு முரணான வகையில் பிரதமரை நீக்கிவிட்டு, புதிய பிரதமரை நியமித்துள்ளார். தான் செய்த தவறை மூடிமறைப்பதற்காக இன்னுமொரு தவறைச் செய்துள்ளார். இதன் காரணமாகவே பாராளுமன்றத்தை ஒத்திவைத்து, பின்னர் அவசர அவசரமாக அதைக் கலைத்துள்ளார்.
தனக்கு பிரதமரை பிடிக்கவில்லை என்பதற்காக கரு ஜயசூரியவையும், சஜித் பிரேமதாசவையும் பிரதமராக நியமிப்பதற்கு விருப்பம் கேட்டதாக ஜனாதிபதியே தெரிவித்துள்ளார். அவருக்கு பிடிக்கவில்லை என்பதற்காக, மக்கள் ஆணையை மதிக்காமல் பிரதமரை மாற்றும் சங்கீதக் கதிரை விளையாட்டை ஒருபோதும் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ள முடியாது.
அடுத்த வருட தேர்தலிலும் ரணில் விக்கிரமசிங்க வெற்றிபெற்று பிரதமராக வந்தால், ஜனாதிபதி மீண்டும் பாராளுமன்றத்தைக் கலைத்துவிடத்தான் முயற்சிப்பார். ஆகவே, இந்தப் பிரச்சினைக்கு சட்டரீதியாக தீர்வுகாண வேண்டும். அப்படியில்லாவிட்டால், ஜனநாயகம் செத்து இந்த நாட்டை யாருமே காப்பாற்ற முடியாத நிலைக்குச் சென்றுவிடும்.
நாட்டின் ஜனநாயகத்துக்கும், அரசியலமைப்புக்கும் பாரிய சவாலை ஏற்படுத்தும் நோக்கிலேயே ஜனாதிபதியின் அண்மைக்கால செயற்பாடுகள் அமைந்துள்ளன. இதனை கருத்திற்கொண்டு, சட்டத்தை மீறி பாராளுமன்றம் கலைக்கப்பட்டமைக்காக ஐக்கிய தேசியக் கட்சியுடன் இணைந்து முஸ்லிம் காங்கிரஸும் நாளை உயர் நீதிமன்றத்தை நாடவுள்ளது.
நான் ஜனாதிபதி, மஹிந்த ராஜபக்ஷ, பஷில் ராஜபக்ஷ, கோத்தபய ராஜபக்ஷ, சமல் ராஜபக்ஷ, நாமல் ராஜபக்ஷ என எல்லோருடனும் கதைத்துள்ளேன். இதன்போது அவர்கள் நெருக்கடியான சூழ்நிலைக்கு தள்ளப்பட்டதை என்னால் அவதானிக்க முடிந்தது. ஒரு மாதத்துக்கு மட்டும் ஆதரவளியுங்கள் அதன் பின்னர் தேர்தலொன்றுக்குச் செல்வோம் என்று கோத்தாபய ராஜபக்ஷ என்னிடம் வினயமாக கேட்டுக்கொண்டார்.
ஆனால், பாராளுமன்றத்தின் மூலம்தான் இதற்கு தீர்வுகாணவேண்டும் என்பதில் நாங்கள் ஒருமித்த முடிவுடன் இருந்தோம். உம்ராவுக்குச் சென்றிருந்த நிலையில், நாங்கள் அவர்களுடன் இணையப்போவதாக்கூறி சில பாராளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர்களை தங்கள் பக்கம் இழுக்கும் முயற்சிகளும் நடந்துதான் உள்ளன. இந்த போலியான அறிவிப்புகளை நாங்கள் உடனேயே மறுத்திருந்தோம்.
மஹிந்த ராஜபக்ஷவின் கடந்த ஆட்சிக்காலத்தில் நாங்கள் கற்றுக்கொண்ட பாடங்கள் நிறையவே இருக்கின்றன. அதற்காக நாங்கள் சார்ந்திருக்கும் ஐக்கிய தேசியக் கட்சி எங்களை போடுகாய்களாக பயன்படுத்தவும் அனுமதிக்கமாட்டோம். கண்ணை மூடிக்கொண்டு ஆதரவளிக்காமல் மிகவும் நிதானத்துடனேயே செயற்பட்டுக் கொண்டிருக்கிறோம்.
முஸ்லிம் பாராளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர்களின் முடிவில் நாட்டின் எதிர்காலமே தங்கியிருக்கும் ஒரு சூழ்நிலை தோன்றியது. அரசியல் நெருக்கடி தோன்றியுள்ள நிலையில் முஸ்லிம் சமூகம் மற்றும் ஜனநாயகத்தை விரும்பும் மக்கள் என எல்லோரும் கட்சியின் முடிவின் மீது நம்பிக்கை வைத்துக்கொண்டிருந்தனர்.
இதேவேளை, அரசியல் அழுத்தங்களுக்கு கட்சியினால் தாக்குப்பிடிக்க முடியாது என்று சிலர் நம்பிக்கொண்டிருந்தனர். இந்நிலையில் முஸ்லிம் காங்கிரஸ் பாராளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர்கள் எவருக்கும் கலங்கம் இல்லாதவகையில், புனித மக்கா ஹரம் ஷரீபில் வைத்து கட்சித் தலைமைக்கு கொடுத்த வாக்குறுதியின் அடிப்படையின் கட்சியின் கெளரவம் பாதுகாக்கப்பட்டது.
ஜனநாயகத்தை கேள்விக்குட்படுத்தும்போது, வேற்றுமையிலும் ஒற்றுமைகண்டு அரசின் பங்காளிக் கட்சிகள் என்றவகையில் முஸ்லிம் பாராளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர்கள் அனைவரும் ஓரணியில் செயற்படுகிறோம். முஸ்லிம் காங்கிரஸ் எடுக்கின்ற தீர்மானத்தின் பின்னால் இருப்பதற்கு அகில இலங்கை மக்கள் காங்கிரஸ் தலைவர் றிஷாத் பதியுதீன் என்னிடம் விருப்பம் தெரிவித்தார்.
உம்ரா கடமையை முடித்துவிட்டு நானும், றிஷாத் பதியுதீனும் மக்காவில் வைத்து தற்போதைய அரசியல் சூழ்நிலைகள் தொடர்பாக கூட்டாகவும் தனியாகவும் சந்தித்து பேசினோம். இப்போதையே சூழ்நிலையில் மக்களின் அபிலைாஷைகளை மதித்து, ஜனநாயகத்தை பாதுகாக்கும் நோக்கில் மைத்திரி – மஹிந்த அரசாங்கத்துக்கு ஆதரவளிப்பதில்லை என்ற தீர்மானத்தை ஒருமித்து எடுத்துள்ளோம்.
தற்போதைய ஒற்றுமையில் தொடர்ந்து பயணிக்கவேண்டும் என்பதில் றிஷாத் பதியுதீன் ஆர்வமாக இருக்கிறார். இரு கட்சிகளும் இணைந்து செயற்படுவதால் ஏற்படும் சாதக, பாதங்கள் பற்றி விரிவாக ஆராயவேண்டும். இந்த விடயத்தில் யாருக்கும் பாதிப்பு ஏற்படாத வகையில் சாமர்த்தியான முறையில் வியூகம் வகுக்கப்படவேண்டும். கட்சியின் உள்நோக்கம் சம்பந்தமாக தவறான எடுகோள்கள் வராமலும் பார்த்துக்கொள்ள வேண்டும்.
இரு கட்சிகளுக்கும் இடையில் இருக்கின்ற சந்தேகங்கள், எடுகோள்களின் அடிப்படையில் முஸ்லிம் காங்கிரஸ் இணைந்து செயற்படுவதால் கட்சி சோரம்போய்விட்டதா என்ற சிலரின் அச்சம் நியாயமானது. ஆனால், நாங்கள் முதலில் எங்களுக்குள் நம்பிக்கையுடனும், ஒற்றுமையுடனும் இருக்கவேண்டும். அத்துடன், இரு கட்சிகளும் ஒருமித்து செயற்படுவது தொடர்பாக மக்கள் என்ன நிலைப்பாட்டில் இருக்கிறார்கள் என்பதையும் கவனத்திற்கொள்ள வேண்டும் என்றார்.

The 72% Sinhala people will finally support Mahinda, including the Police and the 3 Security Forces. That is the powerful political force needed to safeguard our “MAATHRUBOOMIYA” from the crutches of the Western powers that are trying to make us their slaves economically and destroy our SOVEREIGNTY as an independent FREE STATE of the UN and a member of the COMMONWEALTH FAMILY, in the international political arena. It is the free trade policy of the UNF/UNP and the free for all attitude of the UNF/UNP in the handling of all state and public matters and the economy of the country and the UNF/UNP political and hierarchical system of the big wigs of the UNP, since January 8th, 2015, involved in mega corruption with their minority coalition partners, which has resulted in the pathetic state of affairs in our country and the selling of our country’s assets to the political vultures of the eastern and western world.The BURDEN has befallen our poor citizens and the nation to redeem them for our next generations which cannot continue. The political cuemanship of the late T.B.Jaya's advice "that we Muslims should not place all our eggs in one basket" has to be the best political "SAFETY VALUE", Insha Allah for the Muslims of Sri Lanka.

Mahinda and his group are asking the Sinhala people to give them 2/3rd majority in the next elections. They may get it no doubt, Insha Allah. So the Muslim "MUNAAFIKK" leaders will cling on to the SLPP/JO ALLIANCE to their perks and benefits at that moment, leaving the Muslim "pamaramakkal and poraaligal" in the lurch. ReplyDeleteஅருமையான பதிவு வாசித்ததில் மகிழ்ச்சியளிக்கின்றது. ஆனால் இந்த கருத்து வெற்றிபெருமானால் மிகவும் நல்லது. வெரும் வார்த்தைகளல்லாமல் உண்மையாகவே செயற்பட்டால் அந்த உம்ரா கடமையின் பிரதிபலன் கிடைக்கும். இந்த ஒற்றுமை காலத்தின் தேவை மாத்திரமல்ல இஸ்லாத்தின் ஒரு அங்கமாகும். இது நடைபெறாவிட்டால் அரசியல் மாத்திரமில்லாமல் ஆன்மீக கடமையும் சாக்கடையாகவே காணப்படும்.

ReplyDeleteஅரசியலில் சில சமயங்களில் இரு வேறு காட்சிகளில் பிரதேசத்திற்கு பிரதேசம் எமது பிரதிநிதிகளை அதிகப்படுத்துவதற்காக பிரிந்து கேட்பதில் எந்தத் தவறும் இல்லை. ஆனால் உங்களுக்குள் நல்ல புரிந்துணர்வும் ஒற்றுமையும் இருந்தால் போதும். அரசியல் திட்டமிடல்களை சாதாரண அனைத்து பொது மக்களும் புரிந்து கொள்ளமாட்டார்கள். ஆகவே விமர்சனங்களும் வரும். தாங்கிக்கொள்ள வேண்டும்.
