தனது கைகளால் தவறு நேர்ந்ததை ஏற்றுக் கொள்வதாகவும் ஆனால் தான் மது போதையில் வாகனம் செலுத்தியதாக வௌியான குற்றச்சாட்டுக்களை மறுப்பதாகவும், மக்கள் விடுதலை முன்னணியின் பாராளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர் விஜித்த ஹேரத் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ளார்.

வீதியால் சென்று கொண்டிருந்த ஒருவரை காப்பாற்ற முற்பட்ட போதே இவ்வாறு தான் விபத்துக்கு முகம்கொடுக்க நேரிட்டதாகவும், விபத்து ஏற்படுவது இயற்கையே எனவும் விஜித்த ஹேரத் மேலும் தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.

Has the police or the JMO do a breathalyser TEST and include the findings in the police or JMO's report please. The "Rule-of-Law" should be the same to everyone whether it is a JVP parliamentarian, Government (UNP/SLFP/UPFA), any opposition party MP or the Joint Opposition MP. The JVP should PRACTICE what it preaches and set an example. The JVP or MP Vijitha Herath, an up and coming politician should not be ashamed to admit guilt, if done. Even the USA president admitted a sex crime he committed and regretted to the nation. Our politicians/parliamentarians should learn to admit their FAULT, when it had happened and tender their regret/apology to the public because they are PUBLIC REPRESENTATIVES elected by the majority votes of the "people" who represent the power of Democracy. These politicians should understand why we are writing these COMMENTS, because we are watching them.

Police has already done breathalyser and found nothing. Accidents can be happen from any body at anytime. This is not intentional. There is nothing happens here against their preaching. Don't post nonsense here.
