மோட்டார் சைக்கிள் பெற்றோல் தாங்கியில், சிறுவர்களை வைத்து கொண்டு செல்வது தடை
இலங்கை பொலிஸ் மோட்டார் வாகனச் சட்டத்தின் பிரகாரம் மோட்டார் சைக்கிள் பெற்றோல் தாங்கியில் சிறுவர்களை வைத்து கொண்டு செல்வது முற்றாக தடை செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளதாக காத்தான்குடி பொலிஸ் நிலையத்தின் மோட்டார் போக்குவரத்துப் பிரிவின் பொறுப்பதிகாரி ஆர்.துஷார திலங்க ஜெயலால் தெரிவித்தார்.
சிறுவர்களை விபத்துக்களில் இருந்து பாதுகாக்கும் நோக்கில் குறித்த சட்டம் இலங்கை பொலிஸ் மோட்டார் வாகனச் சட்டத்தின் 158 இன் முதலாவது சட்டம் எனவும் இதனை மீறும் மோட்டார் சைக்கிள் உரிமையாளருக்கு முதலாவது தடவை இறுதி எச்சரிக்கை வழங்க முடியும் எனவும் அதன் பின்னர் அதே தவறை மோட்டார் சைக்கிள் உரிமையாளர் மீண்டும் செய்யும் பொழுது அவருக்கு மோட்டார் வாகனச் சட்டத்தினை மீறியமைக்காக அவருக்கு நீதி மன்றத்தில் வழக்கு தொடரப்படும் எனவும் அவர் மேலும் தெரிவித்தார்.
இதனால் மோட்டார் சைக்கிள் பெற்றோல் தாங்கியில் சிறுவர்களை வைத்து கொண்டு செல்லும் மோட்டார் சைக்கிள் உரிமையாளர்கள் இதனை தவிர்ந்து நடக்குமாறு காத்தான்குடி பொலிஸ் நிலையத்தின் மோட்டார் போக்குவரத்துப் பிரிவு வேண்டுகோள் விடுக்கின்றது.
excellent law to protect children...see mostly motorcycle riders protect themselves by wearing helmets... but what abt children....????

ReplyDeleteYou missed the point. How does someone become corrupt? Because public is ready to throw some bucks to get rid of law and order. So public is responsible!
DeleteGood point. Without blaming to the police we should make awareness to people and we can expect a uncurrept generation.
DeleteYes You may be right but you missed the Point too. There is a Law Which state that You cannot Bribe someone. So if the Police know that law they should take against that public who tried to bribe him. Remember The Officer has given this Oath to Protect and abide by the law which the normal public hasn't.
