அரச பாடசாலை ஆசிரியர்கள், ரியூஷன் நடத்த முடியாது...!
அரச பாடசாலைகளில் கற்பிக்கும் ஆசிரியர்கள் தனியார் வகுப்புகளை (ரியூசன்) நடத்த முடியாது எனத் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
அவ்வாறு வகுப்புகளை நடாத்துவது சட்டபூர்வமானதல்லவென கல்வியியலாளரும், சட்டத்தரணியுமான சமரசிங்க குணசேகர குறிப்பிட்டுள்ளார். இது சட்டத்தின்படி ஒரு குற்றமாவதுடன் ஆசிரிய நெறிகளை மீறும் செயலாகுமெனவும் பிரத்தியேக வகுப்புகளை நடத்துகின்ற ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு எதிராக சட்ட நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க முடியுமெனவும் சுட்டிக்காட் டியுள்ளார்.
பாடசாலை ஆசிரியர்கள் அரசாங்கத்திடம் சம்பளம் பெறுபவர்கள் என்பதோடு அந்தச் சட்ட ஏற்பாடுகளுக்கு இணங்க அவர்கள் வேறு தொழில்களை செய்வது சட்டவிரோதமானது. குறிப்பிட்ட சில அரச பாட சாலைகளில் கற்பிக்கும் ஆசிரியர்கள், பாடசாலை நேரங்களில் தனியார் வகுப்புக்களுக்குச் செல்வ தனால் பாடத் திட்டத்தினை முழுமையாக பூர்த்தி செய்ய முடியாமல் போகிறது எனத் தெரியவந்துள்ளது.
அவ்வாறான ஆசிரியர்கள் பாடசாலை நேரத்தில் தனியார் வகுப்புக்கள் மூலம மேலதிக பண மீட்டுவது, மேலதிக வகுப்புக்களில் கலந்து கொள்ளுமாறு மாணவர்களை பலவந்தப்படுத்துவது அவ்வாறு சமுகமளித்திராத மாணவர்களை பாடசா லையில் ஓர வஞ்சனையுடன் நடத்துவது தொடர்பான நிகழ்வுகள் தற்போது தெரிய வந்துள்ளன.
All private school should come under government mistry of education observation due to so much trouble going on over,parents can no anything about it also teachers are mostly not graduated this is can course big disaster of students future there fore,ministry of education will take necessary step to observe regarding the matter

ReplyDeleteIts in the law books. No such teachers are punished. So they freely work. I don't know what they get out of this kind money. Even it won't be useful to their final journey. The one who think of honesty won't do it. Only the ones who avoids allah will do it.
ReplyDeleteWhat is wrong with this? Then what about a gov doctor practising medicine at private clinic and a lawyer practice law outside court?
ReplyDeleteVery good decision! Even though I am from a teaching family I welcome this decision. These days education has become a way of making money!
ReplyDeleteSri Lankan teachers has more benefit than the overseas yet they don't appreciate.
They only work until 2pm, weekend off, many public holidays. Ramadan holidays , December holidays so on.
