LETTER TO VOTERS IN SRI LANKA

Tomorrow you are going to vote in a historical presidential election in the political history of Sri Lanka.  

Voting is your power and your choice. Voting is your responsibility and duty to choose the right candidate for the leadership of 20 million Sri Lankans. 

You are voting to the political destiny of your nation for the next five years

 It is you who decide the next president of Sri Lanka. It is your mandate that will decide the future leader of our nation for the next five years. 

You have to think carefully and profoundly before you cast your valuable vote tomorrow

You are voting tomorrow to protect your democratic rights and traditions.

You are voting to protect the country from the nepotism and family control 

You are voting to protect the country from the corruption and deception  

You are voting to protect the judiciary of your country from political interference and family control

You are voting to protect the journalism and journalists from the political thugs and mobs

You are voting to protect the country from the lawlessness and political anarchy 

You are voting to protect the basic freedom of expression and human rights from the grips of this family dictatorship 

You are voting tomorrow to protect the rights of poor from the grips of these capitalistic leaders of our country

You are voting to protect public fund from misuse and robbery

You are voting to protect you national resources from misuse and wastage

You are voting to protect your country from economic bankruptcy

You are voting to protect you country from foreign domination and hegemony 

You are voting to protect the rights of weak in the community from the injustices of these family control rule

You are voting to free the economy of this country from the Rajapakse family control 

You are voting to protect your political rights and human dignity

You are voting tomorrow to protect this nation from descending into a total dictatorship.

You are voting tomorrow to protect law and order in this country

You are voting to give a brighter future for your children

You have had enough of three decades of war in your country and now you are voting for peace and security

You are voting to build a prosperous Sri Lanka 

You are voting to build a storing communal relationship between communities

You are voting to contrive communal harmonies, trust and peace between communities

You are voting to wipe out all sorts of communal, religious discriminations and injustice 

You are voting tomorrow for Maithri which literally means in Sanskrit that love, friendship, kindness and compassion

You are voting tomorrow for Maithri who symbolises the best qualities of love, affection and compassion to the people of Sri Lanka

You are voting tomorrow for Maithri who will liberate this nation from the grips of family dictatorship and nepotism.

In short, you voting tomorrow to save 20 million people from the grip of injustice, aggression and corruption

So please go early morning to your polling station and cast your valuable vote to change the destiny this nation

Please do not miss this golden opportunity to make a political change in Sri Lanka.
