நேற்று இடம்பெற்ற ஏழாவது ஜனாதிபதித் தேர்தலில், மக்கள் ஜனநாயக ரீதியில் வழங்கிய தீர்ப்பை உலமாகட்சி ஏற்றுக்கொள்வதாகவும் பெரும்பாண்மையான தமிழ் பேசும் மக்கள் மைத்ரிபால சிறிசேன அவர்களை ஆதரித்துள்ளதாகவும், அவர்களது உணர்வுகளையும் மதித்து அவர்களுடன் இணைந்து கொள்வதாகவும் மைத்ரிபால சிறிசேன அவர்களை வாழ்த்துவதாகவும் உலமாகட்சியின் தலைவர் முபாரக் அப்துல் மஜீத் எமது செய்திப்பிரிவுக்கு தெரிவித்தார்.
