இலங்கையிலும், வெளிநாடுகளிலும் மிக அதிக வாசகர்களை கொண்ட ஜப்னா முஸ்லிம் இணையமானது அகில இலங்கை ஜம்மியத்துல் உலமா சபைக்கு தனது பகிரங்க ஆதரவை வெளிப்படுத்துகிறது. இலங்கை முஸ்லிம் உம்மாவும் தனது முழு ஆதரவையும் அகில இலங்கை ஜம்மியத்துல் உலமா சபைக்கு வெளிப்படுத்த வேண்டுமெனவும் எமது இணையம் பகிரங்க வேண்டுகோள் விடுக்கிறது..!!

ஹலால் விடயம் பற்றி பலவாறாக பேசுகிறார்கள்.எனினும் அவ்விடயத்தை விட்டுவிட முடியாது.ஹலால் அடையாளம் பறிக்கப்பட்டால் இன்னும் ஏராளமான விடயங்களையும் இழக்க நேரிடும் என அகில இலங்கை ஜம்இய்யத்துல் உலமாவின் தலைவர் முப்தி ரிஸ்வி தெரிவித்தார்.ஹலால் விடயம் சம்பந்தமாக இன்று ஏற்பட்டிருக்கும் பதட்டமான சூழ்நிலை தொடர்பில் தெளிவுபடுத்தும் மாநாடு நேற்று மக்ரிப் தொழுகையைத் தொடர்ந்து தெஹிவளை பெரிய பள்ளிவாசலில் நடைபெற்றது.இந்நிகழ்வில் கலந்துகொண்டு உரையாற்றுகையிலேயே அவர் மேற்கண்டவாறு தெரிவித்தார்.ரிஸ்வி முப்தி தொடர்ந்து உரையாற்றுகையில், இவ்வாறான இக்கட்டான சூழ்நிலையில் ஒற்றுமை, சகவாழ்வு போன்ற விடயங்களை கட்டியெழுப்ப வேண்டும். நாம் அமைப்பு, இயக்க,தரீக்கா ரீதியாக பிரிந்து செயற்படாமல் நாம் அனைவரும் ஒரே உம்மத் என்ற அடிப்படையில் ஒற்றுமைப்படவேண்டும். அத்தோடு ஏனைய மதத்தவர்களும் நபி (ஸல் ) அவர்களின் உம்மத் என்ற ரீதியில் அவர்களோடும் சகவாழ்வோடு வாழ்க்கையை அமைத்துக்கொள்ள வேண்டும். ஏனையவர்கள் எமக்கு தீங்கிழைத்தாலும் நாம் அவர்களுக்கு நலவையே நாடவேண்டும்.முன்னாள் பிரதமர் ரத்னசிறி விக்கிரமநாயக்க தலைமையில் அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ள ஹலால் ஆலோசனைக்குழுவில் முஸ்லிம் அமைச்சர்களான ரவூப் ஹகீம், ரிஷாட் பதியுதீன் , அதாவுல்லாஹ் , பெளசி ஆகியோரும் உள்ளடக்கப்பட்டுள்ளனர். ஆகவே ஹலால் விடயத்தில் எமக்கு சாதகமான தீர்வு கிடைக்குமென நம்புகிறோம்.முஸ்லிம்கள் ஒருபோதும் பயங்கரவாதிகளல்ல.
இந்நாட்டுக்காக உயிர்,உடமைகளை தியாகம் செய்தவர்கள்.இந்நாட்டை கட்டிக்காத்தவர்கள். நாட்டை நேசிப்பவர்கள். 'நாட்டை நேசிப்பது ஈமானுடைய பகுதியாகும்.' சிங்கள சமூகத்துக்கும் முஸ்லிம்களுக்குமிடையில் இப்போது பெரிய இடைவெளியொன்று ஏற்பட்டுள்ளது.அதனை ஏற்படுத்தியவர்கள் நாம் தான். அதைத்தான் நாம் அனுபவிக்கிறோம். இஸ்லாம் பற்றிய தெளிவை மாற்று மதத்தினருக்கு வழங்கத்தவறிவிட்டோம். இந்நாட்டில் உள்ள பெளத்தர்கள் நல்ல மக்கள். வெளிநாட்டு சக்திகளின் ஊடாட்டமே இவ்வாறான நிலைக்கு காரணமாகும்.குத்பா பிரசங்கங்களை தமிழில் மாத்திரம் ஏன் ஆற்றவேண்டும்.ஏன் சிங்களத்தில் ஆற்றக்கூடாது. இளைய சமூகத்தினராவது சிங்கள மொழியை நன்றாக கற்று பிரசங்கங்களை சிங்களத்தில் நிகழ்த்தி இஸ்லாத்தின் தெளிவை வழங்க வேண்டும். மத் ரஸாக்களுக்கு மட்டும் நிதியுதவி வழங்காது வைத்தியசாலை போன்ற ஏனைய சமூகக்கடமைகளிலும் பங்குதாரர்களாக வேண்டும்.இன்று நாட்டில் எதிர்பாராத தாக்குதல் நடந்து கொண்டிருக்கிறது..
இவ்வாறான சந்தர்ப்பங்களில் நிதானத்தை கடைப்பிடிக்கவேண்டும். சுன்னத்தான நோன்புகளை நோற்க வேண்டும்.எதிர்க்கட்சித்தலைவர் ரணில் விக்கிரமசிங்க ஜம்இய்யாவை பற்றி குறையாக பேசினார். அவரோடு நாம் தொலைபேசியில் தொடர்புகொண்டு நன்றி தெரிவித்தோம். அவர் குறிப்பிட்டது போல் குறித்த தினத்தில் அவரை சந்திப்பதாக நாம் வாக்குறுயழிக்கவில்லை. ஒருவர் தவறான தகவலை அவருக்கு வழங்கி விட்டார்.பொதுபால சேனா அமைப்புடன் ஊடக விவாதங்களில் ஜம்இய்யா கலந்து கொள்ளவில்லை என முஸ்லிம்களும் குறைபடுகிறார்கள்.எமக்கு அவர்களுடன் விவாதம் செய்ய முடியாது என்பதல்ல அதன் அர்த்தம். விவாதத்தில் அவர்கள் தோல்வி அடைந்துவிட்டால் அதனை பெரும்பான்மை சமூகம் தாங்கிக்கொள்ளுமா? அதன்பின்னரான விபரீதங்கள் எவ்வாறு அமையும்?அத்துடன் பொதுபல சேனா அமைப்புடன் நாம் பேசவேண்டிய அவசியமும் இல்லை.ஜனாதிபதியுடன்தான் நாம் பேசவேண்டும் எனவும் தெரிவித்தார்.இம்மாநாட்டில் 25 மாவட்டங்களும் பிரிக்கப்பட்டு கொழும்பிலுள்ள பிரதான பள்ளிவாசல்களுக்கு பொறுப்பாக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. அவர்கள் ஜம்இய்யாவினது ஆலோசனையுடன் குறித்த பிரதேசங்களை வழிநடத்துவார்கள் எனவும் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டது. இந்த இக்கட்டான சூழ்நிலையிலும் பகிரங்கமாக விடயங்களைப் பறைசாற்றுவதானது அதன் உண்மைத் தன்மைக்கும் ஊடகங்களின் தனித்துவமிக்க சேவையின் தாத்பரியத்திற்கும் உணர்த்துவதாகவேஅணிகலன்களாகவே அமைந்திருக்கின்றது.
இஸ்லாமிய அமைச்சர்களின் ஜனாதிபதியுடனான சந்திப்பு எதுவித பலன்களையும் தராத நிலையிலும் ஜனாதிபதியின் இலங்கை வாழ் இஸ்லாமியர்களின் மீதான கடும்போக்கும், எமது வாக்குகளால் வாழ்ந்து கொண்டிருக்கும் அமைச்சர்கள் எமது சமுதாயத்தின் எதிர்கால இருப்பையே கேள்விக்குறியாக்கும் நிலைக்கு தள்ளி விட்டர்களோ என எண்ணத் தோன்றுகின்றது.
எமது வாழ்க்கையை ஹலால் ஹராம் பேணி சுவனத்தின் பால் இட்டுச்செல்லும் ஓர் மஹா உன்னத பணியை மேற்கொள்ளும் ஜம்இய்யதுல் உலமா வின் செயற்பாட்டை நிறுத்துவதற்கு
எவ்விதத்திலும் நாம் அனுமதிக்கக் கூடாது.அல்லாஹ்வின் மீது ஆணையாக அனுமதிக்கவும் விடமாட்டோம்.
எனவே இதற்கான ஓர் உறுதியான இறுதியான முடிவை (இயன்ற வரை)சமரசமாக எடுக்குமாறு இஸ்லாமியர்களின் சார்பாக ஜஃப்னா முஸ்லிம் இணையத்தினூடாக அமைச்சர்களிடம் வேண்டுகோள் விடுக்கின்றேன்.

ReplyDelete1.he claims that we have caused the division between the two communities. where as it is quite vague who this 'we' are? Does he mean the general public or the ACJU or both? As for the general public they act upon the instructions of the ACJU thus if the ACJU is concerned about a division then they have to reassess their leadership and guidance to the community. Our institutions, dress code, sadaqah, politics, rights groups and many more have been restricted within the muslim ummah and the only instance we involve ourselves with national problems is when it concerns us. We use cheap tactics to proclaim our patriotism. we resort to supporting our national cricket team when they play against pakistan and by hanging the national flag outside our shops and closing down the businesses in celebration and respect of the independence day however when it comes to educational reform we will stay away from it and we'll keep silent in the face of social unrest and racial discrimination against other races and the suppression of media freedom and political injustices caused against the entire nation. Thus it is the leadership which has secluded itself from the national issues by declaring itself as a selfish entity which is only concerned about its own welfare. We forgot or rather neglected that every single person on this earth is our brother in essence for we come from the one and the same creator. Along these lines we distanced ourselves further from the mainstream through the 'halal certification'. My argument is not that it is unnecessary but that it is not a priority need as there is a significant group in our nation both muslims and non muslims alike who don't even have access to 'haram' food forget halal such is their desperate state needless to talk about the number of 'rizanas' in our community whose least concern is the access to 'halal' food. they have much bigger problems.
2. He has mentioned that we should provide financial assistance to not only the madrasas but to hospitals and other public institutions. Who is building madrasas? who is responsible for building and expanding mosques while it is clear that such spending is extravagant especially taking into consideration the more important needs of the community and the nation. who promotes the building of the mosques? at the end of every jum'ah sermon we are asked to contribute to either expanding or building a mosque and only now when there is a problem he complains that we are not doing enough for the public institutions.
3. If the Halal certification program is a non profit service based project then why can’t we publish our accounts? If there’s nothing to hide they can even publish this on the national newspapers. If they don’t wish to submit to the demands of bodu bala sena then let it be but why cannot they be honest atleast with the muslims so that we know that the ACJU is guiltless. They don’t have to debate with the bodu bala sena. Agreed. If they mean that by doing so they will end up giving them an undeserved recognition it sounds quite logical. But why cannot they go public and be transparent. Let them present their accounts for public scrutiny. If that is a problem then please tell us why the public or at least the muslims cannot have access to the accounts?
