பத்வாக்கள் கூறும் அளவிற்கு, நான் புலமை பெற்றவனல்ல - கலாநிதி எம்.ஏ.எம். ஷுக்ரி

என்னிடம் பலரும் இஸ்லாமிய பிக்ஹு தொடர்பான சட்டங்களைக் கேட்பதுண்டு. இன்னுமொரு வகையில் கூறுவதானால், பத்வாக்கள் கேட்பதுண்டு.

அதன் போதெல்லாம் கேட்பவர்களுக்கு நான் கூறும் பதில் பத்வாக்கள் கூறும் அளவிற்கு நான் பிக்ஹுத் துறையில் ஆழ்ந்த புலமையைப் பெற்றவனல்ல என்பதாகும்.

என்னைப் பொருத்தவரையில் நான் இஸ்லாமிய சிந்தனைகள், சூபித்துவம், இஸ்லாமிய வரலாறு இப்படியான துறைகளில் ஓரளவு புலமையைப் பெற்றவன்.

இதன் கருத்து பிக்ஹு என்பது தெரியாது என்பதல்ல.. பத்வாக்கள் கொடுக்கும் அளவிற்கு நான் அத்துறையில் ஆழ்ந்து போகாதவன் என்பதாகும்.

இன்று இஸ்லாத்தை பிக்ஹுக்குள் மாத்திரம் எம்மவர்கள் சுருக்கி விட்டார்கள்..

இஸ்லாத்தைப் பிரச்சாரம் செய்வோரும் அப்படியான மனப்பதிவை மக்களில் ஏற்படுத்தி விடுகிறார்கள்..

பிக்ஹு தொடர்பான ஆழ்ந்த புலமை இல்லாதவன் இஸ்லாத்தைப் பற்றி பேச முடியாது என்ற அளவிற்கு நிலைமை மாறி விட்டது.

இன்று தெரியாததை தெரியும் என்று கூறுவது, அது தொடர்பில் ஆழ்ந்த புலமை பெற்றவன் என்று வலிந்து காட்டுவது ஒரு fashion ஆக மாறி விட்டது..

தெரியாததை தெரியாது என்று கூறுவது ஒரு வகையான குறையாகப் பார்க்கப்படுகிறது..

எமது சலபுகள் தெரியாததை தெரியாது என்று கூறுவதற்கு ஒரு போதும் வெட்கப்படவில்லை

Appreciate your sincerity, anyhow with your scholarly background it is no big deal for you to do a research study in the field of Fikh and proclaim that you've acquired that knowledge, then people will accept your viewpoints. Look at the deplorable state today every Tom, Dick & Harry is giving Fatwas to please politicians, business magnates, NGOs, to Banks, Leasing Cos. etc. where are we heading???

Fatwah/ Low in Islam can not create by anyone..Its already created by Almighty and his messengers.....So, Just our duty is to find the True hadeeth....not a fake

WHO ARE SCHOLARS OF ISLAM ?

Will every so called scholars fall into the category of "AL-ULEMAM WARAZATHUL ANBIYA" ?

NOTE: Hadith on Knowledge: People are misguided without the knowledge of schoalrs

Abdullah ibn Amr reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Verily, Allah does not withhold knowledge by snatching it away from his servants, but rather he withholds knowledge by withholding scholars, until no scholar remains and people follow ignorant leaders. They are asked and they issue judgments without knowledge. Thus, they are astray and lead others astray.”

வாயாடிகள் எல்லாம் பத்வா வாதிகள் ஆகிவிட்டதால் நமக்கு ஏன் அதற்குள் வேலை என விலகிச்செல்லப்பார்க்கின்றார் போலும். தான் கற்றறிந்தவை இவைதான் இவற்றில் இதனைத்தான் இன்ன காரணத்திற்காக நான் பின்பற்றுகின்றேன் எனச் சொல்லுவதுதான் தைரியமுள்ள கற்றவர்கள் செய்யக்கூடியது என்பது எனது தாழ்மையான கருத்து. கலாநிதி யூசுப் அல் கர்ளாவி அவர்களின் கருத்துக்களில் இச்சாயலைக்கண்டிருக்கின்றேன்.

When the man honestly expresses his stance, a commentator pushes him going into a wrong direction. Having a Phd, by itself, does not make a man to be qualified in Fiqh. " No big deal" come on. Welcome to a real world.

If you hasten to read "between the lines" to drive your point that is something you need to correct. I am still asking the scholar to do a "research study in the field of "Fikh" and proclaim that he has acquired that knowledge" even though he has a PhD - if your understanding of that narrative is pushing him into a wrong direction, means you either quoting me out of context or your logic is skewed. Do you make your own criteria do define someone to be qualified or not on Fikh issues? -come on man don't argue for the sake of arguing and don't belittle a reputed scholar. You should know the fate of someone with an atom weight of arrogance (or ego), do you? may Allah (SWT) guide you to straight path.

Azfa: Dr.shukry is a scholar in Islamic civilization. Fiqh knowledge is different. It is the ability to make judgment on Shariyyah & the Hadheedh.I am not belittling the man at all. Attaining the knowledge of Fiqh is not equal to picking mangoes from your backyard. My point is : the society foolishly goes to Engineer for treatment rather to a doctor. This ignorance needs to be eradicated. Wallahi, I did not, do not & will not have "EGO".
