மாவனல்லை வரை, தாலிபான்கள் பரவியுள்ளனர் - மாவனல்லை முல்லா ஒமர் யார்..?
சிலைகளை உடைத்த தாலிபான் முல்லா ஒமர்கள் ஆப்கானிஸ்தானில் மட்டும் உருவாகின்றார்கள் என்று நினைத்துக் கொண்டிருக்கக் கூடாது எனவும், இந்நாட்டிலுள்ள அனைத்து பௌத்தர்களும் மிக அவதானமாக இருக்க வேண்டும் எனவும் சத்துர பமுனுவ தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.
இன்றைய தேசிய நாளிதழொன்றில் வெளியாகியுள்ள நீண்ட கட்டுரையொன்றிலேயே அவர் இவ்வாறு குறிப்பிட்டுள்ளார்.
ஆப்கானிஸ்தானில் பமியன் பள்ளத்தாக்கிலிருந்து மாவனல்லை வரை தாலிபான்கள் பரவியுள்ளனர். மாவனல்லையில் வசிக்கும் சிங்கள பௌத்தர்கள் கடந்த நாட்கள் முழுவதும் கவலையுடன் காணப்பட்டனர். அந்தப் பிரதேசத்திலுள்ள புத்தர் சிலைகள் சிதைக்கப்பட்டிருந்தமை இதற்குக் காரணமாகும். இந்நாட்டு பௌத்தர்கள் அன்றும் இன்றும் உலக வரலாற்றை மறந்துவிடலாகாது எனவும் அவர் அதில் மேலும் கோடிட்டுக் காட்டியுள்ளார்.

ReplyDeleteThis is not done by religious fanatics but by drunken roudi buggers for the sake of money and bottle of liqour.So these buggers must be punished severely. But we have to vigilant that some religious fanatics who want to fish in trouble waters, want to create problem, so that they can bring aids from their sponsors and divide among them after give little to those affected to show that they are helping affected. So these buggers more dangerous than BBS and Tamil Diaspora who create problem time and again.
