இலங்கை முஸ்லிம்கள், எவ்வாறு இஸ்லாத்தைக் கற்கிறார்கள்..?
இலங்கை முஸ்லிம்கள் எவ்வாறு இஸ்லாத்தைக் கற்கிறார்கள்? அவர்கள் அனைவரும் ஒரு முறையான கல்வி ஒழுங்கின் ஊடே இஸ்லாத்தைக் கற்றுக் கொள்கிறார்களா? முஸ்லிம் மாணவர்கள் அனைவரும் முதலாம் ஆண்டிலிருந்து கல்விப் பொதுதராதர சாதாரண தரம் வரையில் ஒரு முறையான ஒழுங்கின் ஊடே இஸ்லாத்தைக் கற்றுக் கொள்கிறார்கள்.
அதன் பின்னர் அவர்களில் பெரும்பாலோர் முறையாக இஸ்லாத்தைக் கற்கும் வாய்ப்பைப் பெறுவதில்லை. அவர்கள் “பயான்கள்” எனும் பேச்சுக்கள், உபதேச உரைகள் ஊடாகவே இஸ்லாத்தை தொடர்ந்து விளங்குகிறார்கள்.
மிகைப் படுத்திக் கூறல், குறிப்பிட்டதொரு கருத்துக்கு அழுத்தம் கொடுத்தல், உணர்ச்சி பூர்வமாகக் கருத்துக்களை முன்வைத்தல் என்பவை பயான்கள் – பேச்சுக்கள், உபதேசங்களின் இயல்பு. அத்தோடு பயான் நிகழ்த்துபவர் ஒரு பாடம், ஒரு கட்டுரை எழுதத் தயாராவது போல் நுணுக்கமாகத் தயாராவதில்லை.
மிகப் பெரும்பாலான எமது பொது மக்களது நிலை இதுவாகும். பொதுமக்கள் எனும் போது எமது புத்திஜீவிகளையும் அடக்கியே கூறுகிறேன். அவர்களும் கூட இஸ்லாத்தை முறையாக கற்கப் பெரும்பாலும் முனைவதில்லை.
நூல்களோடு தொடர்புபட்டு இஸ்லாத்தை விளங்கிக் கொள்ள முனைவோரும் பொதுமக்களில் மிகச் சொற்ப தொகையினரேயாவர். ஆங்கிலத்தில் இஸ்லாத்தைப் படிக்க போதுமானளவு நூல்கள் இருந்தபோதும் எமது புத்திஜீவிகளில் பெரும்பாலோர் அந்த வாய்ப்பைப் பயன்படுத்திக் கொள்ளும் நிலையில் இல்லை.
இந்தப் பின்னணியிலேயே பயான்கள் – உபதேச உரைகள் – இஸ்லாத்தை மக்களுக்கு முன்வைப்பதில் பெரியதொரு இடத்தை வகிக்கின்றன என்று சொன்னோம். பயான்களின் – பொதுவான இயல்பின் காரணமாக இஸ்லாத்தை மிகச் சரியாகப் புரிந்து கொள்ளும் வாய்ப்பு மிகவும் குறைவு. மாறாக பிழையாக விளங்கிக் கொள்ளும் வாய்ப்பும் ஒரு கணிசமான அளவுக்கு இருக்கவே செய்கிறது.
இந்த சமூக நிலையின் காரணமாக பொது மக்களுக்கு மத்தியில் இஸ்லாம் பற்றிய நல்ல தெளிவு இல்லாததோடு இஸ்லாத்தின் பல பகுதிகள் பற்றிய பிழையான புரிதல்களும் காணப்படுகின்றன.
சுன்னத்துகள் சில வாஜிபின் தரத்திற்கு உயர்வதும், வாஜிபுகள் பல பொருட்படுத்தப்படாமல் விடப் படுவதற்கும், ஹராம்களுக்கு மத்தியில் தரவேறுபாடு புரியப்படாமைக்கும் காரணமிதுவேயாகும்.
இந்த அறியாமை அல்லது சரியான புரிதலின்மை தனிப்பட்ட வாழ்க்கை, குடும்ப வாழ்க்கை, சமூக வாழ்க்கை எல்லாப் பகுதிகளிலும் பெரும் பாதிப்புக்களை ஏற்படுத்துவதை அவதானிக்க முடிகிறது.

Not only Islam all religious studies are taught in old fashion ...why history is in demand in west world.hsiotry is not for sake of hsiotry but to increase logic and rational interpretation and reasoning ..what reasoing and what logic Islamic teaching gives ..

ReplyDeleteAlso few are learning Islam in an organised manner but still these syĺlabus are Desingned as per the policies of Groups formed in the name of Islam. So syllabus to be Desingned not to promote the need of a group. Rather a syllabus should be made to learn the Islam in its true form as it was practised by Muhammed (sal) and his companions and respected Imaams and scholars who follow the same way of Salafus Saliheens (3 successful generation of islam). Any so call groups who oppose the way of Salafus Saliheens , finding false of Salaf or criticising the the way of Salaf and do Bida with own desires and own justifications are not to be considered as part of islam or followed by a TRUE Muslim.

In my opinion classical way had great part in teaching and producing humble students of Islam. Not all of them most of them transferring Islamic education to next generation for last several hundred years. One thing I would like to stream that humbleness of transferring the Islamic knowledge in low paid wages.
On the other hand the mordenist have lost of ability and capabilities but we can't see the real effect in the society in grater percentage. This because their expectations high. They never or hardly do the transferring the Islamic knowledge in lower levels. They don't go out or even do free educational serminars to even O/l and a/L students. They have the capabilities to do so. Also they have the Arabic knowledge. How many of them prepared O/L students for Arabic paper in O/L. Non.
My opinion when teaching and doing Dauwa we need humbleness and not high expectations. Only for Allah.
Finally in one of my local mosque alim said. One upon a time one shek after a grate bayan for lots of people. A man approached him I could not attend your bayan . Then the shek dilver the bayan only for him. And the man asked why did you do the same bayan for only for me .
'He said , I did the bayan for lots of people and just only for you. Just for Allah"
