குர்பான் மாடுகளின் இரத்தம், விகாரைக்குள் சென்றதாலே பதற்றம் ஏற்பட்டது

பெல்மதுல்ல, பஞ்ஞங்கொட ஜும்ஆ பள்ளிவாசலில் ஹஜ் பெருநாள் தினத்தன்று குர்பான் கடமைக்காக அறுக்கப்பட்ட மாடுகளின் இரத்தம் அருகிலுள்ள பௌத்த விகாரையின் வளவினுள் சென்றதால் அப் பகுதியில் சிறிது பதற்றம் ஏற்பட்டது.
இதன் காரணமாக பௌத்த விகாரையில் திரண்ட பிக்குகளும் பிரதேச மக்களும் பள்ளிவாசலின் இந்த செயற்பாட்டுக்கு எதிராக எதிர்ப்பு நடவடிக்கை ஒன்றையும் மேற்கொண்டனர்.
எனினும் இச் செயலுக்காக பள்ளிவாசல் தரப்பில் உடனடியாக மன்னிப்புக் கோரப்பட்டதையடுத்து அங்கு சுமுக நிலை ஏற்படுத்தப்பட்டது.
இது தொடர்பில் மேலும் தெரிய வருவதாவது,
இரத்தினபுரி மாவட்டத்தின் பெல்மதுல்ல, பஞ்ஞங்கொட பிரதேச ஜும்ஆ பள்ளிவாசலில் வருடாந்தம் குர்பான் கடமைக்காக மாடுகள் அறுக்கப்படுவது வழக்கமாகும்.
இம் முறையும் வழமை போன்று சட்ட ரீதியான அனுமதிகளைப் பெற்று பள்ளிவாசல் வளாகத்தில் மாடுகள் அறுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன.
எனினும் இம்முறை அறுக்கப்பட்ட மாடுகளின் இரத்தம் இப் பள்ளிவாசலோடு இணைந்ததாக அமைந்துள்ள பெல்மதுல்ல பஞ்ஞங்கொட புத்த ஜயந்தி விகாரையின் வளவினுள் சென்றுள்ளது.
இதனால் அதிருப்தியடைந்த விகாரையின் பிக்குகளும் அப் பகுதி பௌத்த மக்களும் இணைந்து பள்ளிவாசலின் இந்த செயலுக்கு எதிராக தமது எதிர்ப்பை வெளியிட்டனர். இதனால் அப் பகுதியில் பதற்ற நிலை ஏற்பட்டது.
ஸ்தலத்துக்கு விரைந்த பொலிசார் நிலைமையை கட்டுப்பாட்டுக்குள் கொண்டு வந்ததுடன் பள்ளிவாசல் மற்றும் பௌத்த விகாரை நிர்வாகிகளுக்கிடையில் சுமுக பேச்சுவார்த்தைக்கும் ஏற்பாடு செய்தனர்.
இதனையடுத்து பௌத்த விகாரையின் தலைமை விகாராதிபதியை சந்தித்த பள்ளிவாசலின் நிர்வாகிகள் மற்றும் பிரதேச உலமாக்கள் அடங்கிய குழுவினர் பள்ளிவாசல் தரப்பில் ஏற்பட்ட தவறுக்கு மன்னிப்புக் கோரியதுடன், இதன் பிற்பாடு இவ்வாறான அசௌகரியங்கள் இடம்பெறாதவாறு நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்படும் எனவும் உறுதியளித்தனர்.
அத்துடன் நேற்றுக் காலை விகாரையில் பொலிசாரின் பங்கேற்புடன் இடம்பெற்ற விசேட கூட்டத்திலும் பள்ளிவாசல் நிர்வாகிகள் பங்கேற்று மன்னிப்புக் கோரியதாகவும் தற்சமயம் அங்கு சுமுக நிலை நிலவுவதாகவும் இரத்தினபுரி மாவட்ட ஜம்இய்யதுல் உலமா தலைவர் மௌலவி முஹம்மத் ராமிஸ் தெரிவித்தார்.
Oh.dear my ACJU ..what you have been doing so far....you could not advise out people this basic thing how to slaughter cows in front of Buddhist temple ?

Even if we do why do we do it in a professional way ...make place of slaughter clean and tidy...after Islam tells even remove any thing on the path?.what about smell of blood after two days in that area?
Do not worry too.much size of your beard or debate about face cover and no face over .
Teach public how to live in a Non Muslim country..

DeleteAtteeq bro, its not wise and too early to criticize ACJU for this incident without probing actually what has happened . First of all this may be a pre planed game by majority community because they allways trying to raise an issue regarding this religious obligation. Or it may be a true incident which whould have happened unfortunately . Anyhow ACJU has worked very hard and wisely on this matter to avoid any unwanted incident during ulhiya. They have given very clear instructions to all areas regarding this. So you are wrong if u put the blame on our aalims .

ReplyDeleteஇன்றைய சூழ்நிலையில் விகாரைக்கருகிலுள்ள ஒரு பள்ளிவாசல் வளாகத்தினுள் வைத்து மாடுகளை அறுத்தமை எந்தவிதத்திலும் ஏற்புடையதல்ல. தவிர்த்து Slaughter house இல் அறுக்கப்பட்டிருக்க வேண்டும்.

How worse the issue in the first place. the buddhist ppl agreed to do these things in the allocated slaughter houses only (Even if they hate it). Why do you ppl be such irresponsible.The whole responsibility belongs to ACJU. Ignorant at its epic.

You should have knowledge to read this condition and Alim is not one who just act like patent and repeat all out dated school of thought but one should know the consequence of this slaughter near temples...

ReplyDeletewe are all not against to ACJU and its activities. They have freedom to act and behave as they like as all other groups do in Sri Lanka... Yet. they need to update their knowledge in Sri Lankan context; We are living in non Muslim countries.. We have our own issues and problems that have no parallel in Muslim countries.. Unless we understand our social contexts and our problems and learn to sort them out with Sinhalese people and know their religious sentiments. we will put our community in danger: Thank to NSC it has got some broader minded people among them..
ReplyDeleteIn community like of ours safety and security of Muslim community is important . we are scattered in all over Sri Lankan.. our economy, health, security, education and all aspects of life are controlled and administrated with Sinhalese people in most part of Sri Lanka.. In a way we are more depended on them for daily necessities: Islam tells us to deal with them as if you are treating your parents in goodness. so, getting on with their religious sentimental issues such as slaughtering near their houses, temples, business people and even displaying meat openly to earn the anger of them is not welcomed in our contexts.. Nowhere Islam make it a compulsory to do it in mosques or public place .. Why has been ACJU been silent on this issue to guide public? why do we need to show off this ritual in public.. what is the point. in the name of Islam ..we are earning wrath of people .. I do not say we do not have right to do this .. but do it at homes or houses.. this may differ in Eastern province.. this is not apologetic way to give up our right .. Moreover, we should read the social and political conditions that prevail in Sri Lanka now .. communal riots coukd spreds like wild fire in countries like that .. Any one seen how some radicals among sinhasles spreading news of slaugherting in Bangaldesh and river of blood mixed with flood water.. will realise how this matter is sentimental for them .. so, we need to know that and understand them as well from their persepeitves..I'm sorry to say that people in ACJU may have good knowledge in Islam but I think that their knowledge need to be updated with some areas of Islamic legal thought .. I suggest they all are well trained in the following branches of Islamic fiqh before they makes some trouble mistakes.. these are not new branches of fiqh but all Imams spoke about them .. فقه مقاصد الشريعة :1 : Understanding of General philosophy of Islamic law:

ReplyDeleteAnd the other thing is I am thinging that you are not going for jummah prayers listening bayans even you are not atleast listening the SLBC Radio Muslim programs (You can verify it when you contact Muslim service of SLBC wether the ulamaas aalims are spoke on this matter) so without any knowledge don't blame other's This reply is even suitable for SEYYA MUNAIPAWAN
And other thing is this preaching every year starting on month of dhulkahtha to dhulhijjah month you please listen this thing and talk.further more I wants to tell you the peoples who involved in this incidence done a wrong now ACJU'S duty is to condemn this act and if there is any ways to punish them according to the law of the land they should take action accordingly In this way if they fail then you can blame ACJU There for it is not proper to blame ACJU Jus flattenly.
