உலமா சபைத்தலைவர் ரிஸ்வி முப்தி தலைமையில் வில்பத்து பிரச்சினை தொடர்பாக அவசர கூட்டமொன்று நடைபெற்றது,
இக்கூட்டத்தில் சுகாதார பிரதியமைச்சர் பைசல்காசிம், அமைச்சர் ரிசாட் பதியதீன், பாராளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர் முஜிபுர் ரகுமான், பாராளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர் நவவி, முன்னால் பாராளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர் ஹூனைஸ் பாருக், முன்னால் பிரதி மேயர் அசாத் சாலி மற்றும் பல முக்கியஸ்தர்களும் கலந்து கொண்டனர்.
இக்கூட்டத்தின் முடிவில் பல முக்கிய முடிவுகள் எடுக்கப்பட்டது.
1. 2012 வெளியிடப்பட்ட வர்த்தமானி அறிக்கைகளை ரத்து செய்தல்
2.2017வெளியிடப்பட்ட வர்த்தமானி அறிக்கைகளை ரத்து செய்தல்
3.காணி பிரச்சினை தொடர்பாக விசேட குழுவொன்றை நியமித்தல்
இம்மூன்று விடயம் தொடர்பாகவும் 31.03.2017 நண்பகல் 1.30 மணியளவில் ஐனாதிபதியை சந்திக்க ஏற்பாடுகளும் செய்யப்பட்டள்ளதென்று முன்னால் பாராளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர் ஹூனைஸ் பாருக் தெரிவித்தார்.

President signs special gazette notification on declaring four forests near Wilpattu North Sanctuary as Conservation forests
All the forests located near the Wilpattu North Sanctuary belonging to the Department of Forest Conservation will be declared as one Reserve.
Accordingly, President Mahripala Sirisena, who is on three days official visit to Russia, signed the special Gazette notification in Moscow, yesterday (24th March) declaring Mavillu, Weppal, Karadikkuli, Marichchikadi and Vilaththikulam forests as Mawillu forest Reserve under the 3A of the Forest Conservation Ordinance.
If there is any necessity to make variation of limits of conservation forest only the Minister may by Order published in the Gazette, declare that the limits of any conservation forest shall be altered or varied. An Order made by the Minister under subsection (1) will have no effect until it has been approved by the President and confirmed by Parliament and notification of such confirmation is published in the Gazette.
Consequently the conservation forest will get the maximum legal coverage and the protection in this regard will be ensured.
Recently, several media organizations made allegations that deforestation is taking place in the Wilpattu National Park as well as in the surrounding forests.
Although such allegations were made, according to the investigations carried out in this regard revealed that, there was no deforestation taking place, except lands given to the resettlement purposes in 2012/2013.
During the meeting held on December 30, 2016 under the patronage of President Maithripala Sirisena on this issue, the President has given instructions to issue a Gazette notification to declare forests near the released land area as conservation forest to ensure the protection of these forests.
PLEASE READ THE LAST TWO LINES CAREFULLY - FORESTS NEAR THE RELEASED LAND AREAS AS CONSERVATION FOREST TO ENSURE THE PROTECTION OF THESE FORESTS.
MAHINDA RAJAPAKSA AND BASIL RAJAPAKSA HAD ALREADY RELEASED THE LANDS UNDER THE LAW WHERE THE SETTLEMENTS ARE TAKING PLACE, ALHAMDULILLAH.

100% sure...sirisena never listening To Muslims requests...if Bodubalana or Rawaya ask he vll be on his knees...now I feel why I vote d for him...he didn't do anything for kuragala - Dambulla -so we cant expect a solution from him ..better to request our Muslim countries to stop donating Sri lanka if these Racist act continue...
ReplyDeleteit's not wise to stop donation for our country. we only can regrate for voting for this president. he's non other than another bodubala sena. we try one more chance to bring jvp in to power on next election. if they also do the same thing then try and correct our life style towards quran and sunna have.
