பள்ளிவாசல், சட்டவிரோத நிர்மாணம் அகற்றப்படும்

தெஹிவளை பாத்யா மாவத்தையிலுள்ள பள்ளிவாசலின் விஸ்தரிப்பு பணிகள் தொடர்ந்தும் நடைபெற்று வருவதாக முறைப்பாடுகள் கிடைத்து வருவதாகவும் அவ்வாறு விஸ்தரிப்பு வேலைகள் தொடர்ந்தால் சட்டவிரோத நிர்மாணங்கள் அகற்றப்படுமெனவும் தெஹிவளை கல்கிசை மாநகர சபை ஆணையாளர் தம்மிக முத்துகல தெரிவித்தார்.
தெஹிவளை பாத்யா மாவத்தை, பள்ளிவாசல் தொடர்பில் ஊடகங்களுக்கு கருத்து தெரிவிக்கையிலேயே அவர் இவ்வாறு கூறினார். தொடர்ந்தும் அவர் தெரிவிக்கையில்,
பள்ளிவாசல் நிர்மாணம் தொடர்பில் தொடர்ந்து முறைப்பாடுகள் கிடைத்துவருவதால் இது தொடர்பாக கொஹுவளை பொலிஸுக்கு அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. பொலிஸார் கண்காணிப்பு பணிகளை மேற்கொள்வார்கள்.
தெஹிவளை கல்கிசை மாநகர சபை பள்ளிவாசல் விஸ்தரிப்புக்காக வழங்கியுள்ள KBP/ 143/ 2015 ஆம் இலக்க அனுமதிப்பத்திரத்தை நகர அபிவிருத்தி அதிகார சபை இரத்துச் செய்துள்ளது. இது தொடர்பாக பள்ளிவாசல் நிர்வாக சபைக்கும் அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
இந்நிலையில் பள்ளிவாசல் தொடர்ந்தும் நிர்மாணிக்கப்பட்டால் அதற்கு எதிராக வழக்கு தொடரப்பட்டு நீதிமன்ற உத்தரவினைப் பெற்று சட்டவிரோத விஸ்தரிப்புகள் அகற்றப்படும்.
வீடொன்றுக்குள் முஸ்லிம் பள்ளிவாசல் இயங்கி வருவதாக கிடைத்த தகவல்களுக்கமைவாக நகர அபிவிருத்தி அதிகார சபை அதிகாரிகள் அவ்விடத்தை பரிசோதனை செய்த பின்பே தெஹிவளை கல்கிசை மாநகர சபையினால் வழங்கப்பட்ட அனுமதிப்பத்திரத்தை இரத்துச் செய்துள்ளது என்றார்.

We thank God AllMighty Allah that “THE MUSLIM VOICE” has been proved RIGHT (again and again) as it is. ReplyDeleteWHY HAS THE GOVERNMENT FAILED TO ISSUE A DIRECTIVE IN WRITING FOR TO THE RELEVANT AUTHORITIES, (Local and Federal) TO ALLOW THE RENOVATION CIVIL CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES TO GO AHEAD, INSHA ALLAH? ARE THEY NOT DUPING THE MUSLIM COMMUNITY BY MAKING POLITICAL STATEMENTS AT DISCUSSIONS WHICH HAVE NO ADMINISTRATIVE VALUE AT ALL? Is NOT Minister Champika Ranawaka (the worst communalistand racist against the Muslims) the main culprit behind this refusal and the order given by the UDA?
Why cannot we tell the government that this is NOT the way to treat the Muslims in Sri Lanka, Insha Allah. Every community should have their RELIGIOUS RIGHT EMBEDDED IN THE CONSTITUTION which means that even constructing their own religious premises cannot be oppressed by another community, especially by the (small group of racist and communal Sinhalese) majority Sinhala community in Sri Lanka. This is NOT that we Muslims are communal, but it is our legitimate and Fundamental Right, but our community leaders are now allowing “SOCIAL LAWS” interpreted by religious extremists to become “NORMAL or COMMON LAW”.This is NOT an issue to be discussed, debated or deliberated in STREET JUNCTIONS by the BUDDHIST or THE MUSLIMS. It is a matter to be discussed, debated and deliberated in the LEGISLATURE, Insha Allah. If we can be the reason for the defeat of Former President Mahinda Rajapaksa's Government which was supported by the 3 Muslim Minority political parties, the SLMC, ACMC, National Congress and Muslims supporting the UNP, Muslim Civil Society, MCSL and the Shura Council, Muslim Religious Organizations like the ACJUM and bring in the new Yahapalana government, then these GROUPS should have the political vitality and vigour to thrash these issues of the Sri Lankan Muslims in the NEW Government parliament. BUT THEY CANNOT DO SO, because they have been taken good care by the Yahapalana Government by offering the best PERKS, EXPENSIVE DUTY FREE VEHICLES, JOBS FOR THEIR KITH AND KIN and HENCHAIYAS and BIG TENDERS. So they cannot talk about the Muslim Community ISSUES. That is why the Sri Lankan Muslims NEED a New Political Force that could create a New Political Culture to defend our Fundamental Rights and or Human Rights, Insha Allah. Nothing about RELIGIOUS RIGHTS has been set-out in the proposed NEW Constitutional Proposal and it is a SHAME that none of the Muslim Parties like the SLMC, ACMC or even the Muslim Civil Society had taken up this issue at the deliberations.

ReplyDelete* What is needed is that – all Muslim Ministers, Muslim Parliamentarians, Muslim Civil Society Groups, Muslim Religious Organizations, Mosque Alliances, Muslim Academics, Muslim Intellectuals and Muslim politicians should formulate a memorandum to be presented to the Minister of Muslim Cultural Affairs REQUESTING the Minister to SUBMIT a CABINET PAPER REQUESTING PARLIAMENT TO AUTHORIZE SRI LANKA MUSLIMS TO HAVE THE RIGHT TO CONSTRUCT THEIR PLACES OF WORSHIP ADHERING TO THE CIVIL AND ADMINISTRATIVE LAWS AND REGULATIONS OF SRI LANKA AS SPECIFIED WITHIN THE CONSTITUTION. If there are NO such laws in the present Constitution, then, under the proposed Constitutional Reforms, such laws have to be enacted/written under the “SECTION OF RIGHTS as “RELIGIOUS RIGHTS. "The Muslim Voice" makes a humble request to brother Shiraz Noordeen Attorney-at-law and Secretary of the Colombo Mosque Federation to move in this matter immediately, Insha Allah.
SHAME ON A DECEPTIVE AND HOODWINKING MUSLIM MINISTER WITHOUT HELPING TO RESOLVE POLITICALLY THE BATHIYA MOSQUE ISSUE ADDRESSING THE DEHIWALA MOUNT LAVINIA OFFICIALS RECENTLY IS REPORTED TO HAVE GIVEN INSTRUCTIONS THAT ALL BUILDINGS BEING CONSTRUCTED WITHOUT APPROPRIATE BUILDING PERMITS SHOULD DEMOLISHED. This is one of the reasons why "THE MUSLIM VOICE" is calling/praying for this change that is needed in our community, the need to create a NEW Political Force for the Muslims. It is time up that a NEW POLITICAL FORCE that will be honest and sincere that will produce "CLEAN" and diligent Muslim Politicians to stand up and defend the Muslim Community politically and otherwise, especially from among the YOUTH, has to emerge from within the Sri Lanka Muslim Community to face any new election in the coming future, Insha Allah.
