றிசாத்தின் அதிகாரம் மெளலாவிடம் என்றால், ஹக்கீமின் அதிகாரம் ஜயரத்னவிடமா..?

கைத்தொழில் வர்த்தகத்துறை அமைச்சர் ரிசாத் பதியுதீனின் அமைச்சுக்களை கண்காணித்து ஆலோசனை வழங்கும் குழுவின் தலைவராக சிறீ லங்கா முஸ்லிம் காங்கிரஸின் மட்டக்களப்பு மாவட்ட பாராளமன்ற உறுப்பினர் செய்யது அலி சாஹிர் மெளலானா தெரிவு செய்யப்பட்டது தொடர்பில் வினவப்பட்ட போதே, இது ஆலோசனைக்கான தலைமைதானே தவிர -அதிகாரத்திற்கான தலைமையல்ல.இது ஒரு சாதாரண விடயம் இந்த சாதாரணவிடயத்தை பெரிது படுத்த தேவையில்லை என கிராமிய பொருளாதார அலுவல்கள் பிரதியமைச்சர் எம்.எஸ்.எஸ்.அமீர் அலி தெரிவித்தார்.
அவர் தொடர்ந்தும் கூறுகையில்,
முன்னர் பெரும்பாலும் அமைச்சுக்கு சொந்தமான அமைச்சரே அந்த அமைச்சின் ஆலோசனை சபை தலைவராக நியமிக்கப்பட்டிருந்தனர் ஆனால் இந்த நல்லாட்சியில் அதில் சில மாற்றங்கள் செய்யப்பட்டிருக்கிறது அதாவது நல்லாட்சியின் கீழ் பதவிகள் கிடைக்காத பாராளமன்ற உறுப்பினர்களை கெளரவிக்கும் நோக்கில் அவர்களுக்கு அமைச்சுக்களுக்கான ஆலோசனைக்குழு தலைவர்களாக நியமிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளனர்.
இது அமைச்சர் ரிசாத் பதியுதீனின் அமைச்சுக்கு மட்டுமல்ல பொதுவாக எல்லா அமைச்சுக்களுக்கும் இவ்வாறு ஆலோசனைக்குழு தலைவர்கள் நியமிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளார்கள். அவ்வாறே அமைச்சர் ரவூப் ஹகீமின் அமைச்சுக்கான மேற்பார்வை,மற்றும் ஆலோசனைக்குழு தலைவராக பாராளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர்
அநுர சிட்னி ஜயரத்ன நியமிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளார். அப்படியாயின் அமைச்சர் ரிசாத் பதியுதீனின் அதிகாரம் பாராளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர் அலி சாஹிர் மெளலாவிடம் என சொல்லுகின்றவர்கள் கெளரவ அமைச்சர் ரவூப் ஹகீமின் அமைச்சின் அதிகாரம் முழுதும் பாராளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர் அநுர சிட்னி ஜயரத்ன வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது என்பதனையும் ஒத்துக்கொள்ள வேண்டும்.
எனவே இதில் வெறுமனே ஆலோசனைகளை மட்டும் வழங்க நியமிக்க பட்டுள்ளவர்களை அதிகாரங்கொண்டவர்களாக காட்ட முனைவது கபடத்தனமான போக்காகவே கருத முடியும். இந்த பதவிகள் மூலம் யாரும் யாருடைய அதிகாரத்தையும் பறிக்க முடியாது என்பதே உண்மை. நண்பர் அலி சாஹிர் மெளலானாவிற்கு இது விடயத்தில் தெளிவு இருக்கும் என நினைக்கிறேன்.
தனது பிரதேசத்திற்கு தண்ணீர் கேட்டு வந்த பாராளமன்ற உறுப்பினரை, தலைவரோடு ஒன்றாக வைத்து புகைப்படம் எடுத்து அவர் தமது கட்சியில் சேர்ந்துவிட்டார் என்று பொய்யான பரப்புரைகளை கட்டவிழ்த்துவிடுகின்ற சிறுபிள்ளைத்தனமான, அநாகரிகமான செயற்பாடுகளின் மூலம் அரசியல் செய்ய முனைகின்ற அந்தக்கட்சியின் பரிதாபகரமான நிலை எனக்கு கவலை அளிக்கிறது. எனக்கூறினார்.

Rishad Bathiudeen into making the Muslims of the Eastern Province believe that you are the most ardent supporter of the ACMC in your district. Go before the mirror and take a look at yourself? You betrayed the Muslims in the run-up to the presidential elections in 2010 working behind the back of the ACMC and working with the SLMC/Rauf Hakeem who was backing Lt. General Sarath Fonseka to the hilt against Mahinda Rajapaksa. a Nationalist who made statements like “that Sri Lanka belonged to the majority of its inhabitants, not just, the Sinhalese, but Sinhala Buddhists, but there are minority communities and we treat them like our people…” If NOT for Minister Rishad Bathiudeen intervening and bringing you back to the ACMC/Mahinda fold then, you would have not even become an EPC member. Then after being appointed as a National List MP in the UPFA in the run-up to the 2015 Presidential elections, to the vacancy created by the resignation of MP. Azwer, you BETRAYED and backstabbed Mahinda Rajapaksa, took the CAR PERMIT allocated to you being a nominated MP for just 7 days and created the biggest black mark for the Muslim Community as TRAITORS. You may do the same to Hon. Rishad too, who knows. You then joined the UNP through ACMC and came into parliament in August 2016, as a member of the Yahapalana government, (also Deputy Minister) thanks to Minister Rishad Bathiudeen. It is the same with MP. Ali Zahir Moulana. Moulana got the best from Mahinda Rajapaksa, but became Chairman of Eravur Village council, became EPC member, in 2015 supported Mahinda Rajapaksa till the last and turned tables to contest Batticaloa in 2015 and enter parliament as a UNP member. So both of you have proved to be OPPORTUNISTIC MUSLIM POLITICIANS notwithstanding the fact that Hon. Rishad also has his faults. But what the community NEEDS at this moment is UNITY – POLITICAL UNITY, Insha Allah. So you should NOT try to demean MP Ali Zahir Moulana when you yourself is an UNSCRUPULOUS MUSLIM POLITICIAN. If MP. Ali Zahir Moulana is appointed as the Chairman of the Parliamentary Advisory Committee to the Ministry of Industries and Commerce, so let it be so, for it may be a blessing to him from God AllMighty, Insha Allah. Do NOT try to undermine the decision of God AllMighty Allah. It can also be a blessing to the Muslim Community at large as such matters could lead to the UNITY OF THE SLMC AND THE ACMC in the near future to form a POWERFULL POLITICAL FORCE, Insha Allah. ”. It is time up that a NEW POLITICAL FORCE that will be honest and sincere that will produce "CLEAN" and diligent Muslim Politicians to stand up and defend the Muslim Community politically and otherwise, especially from among the YOUTH, has to emerge from within the Sri Lanka Muslim Community to face any new election in the coming future, Insha Allah. This UNITY envisaged can make that happen, Insha Allah.
