பொரளை பள்ளிவாசலை தாக்கியவர்களுக்கு, முஸ்லிம் சட்டத்தரணிகள் புகட்டிய பாடம்

பொரளை பள்ளிவாசல் மீது மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்ட தாக்குதல் தொடர்பில் குற்றம் சுமத்தப்பட்டுள்ளவர்கள் மீதான வழக்கு விசாரணை இன்று (01) நடைபெற்றது.

2015ம் ஆண்டு பொரள்ளை பள்ளிவாசல் மீது மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்ட கல்வீச்சு தாக்குதல் சம்வம் தொடர்பான வழக்கு எதிர்வரும் ஜூன் மாதம் 15ம் திகதிக்கு ஒத்திவைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

இன்றைய வழக்கு விசாரணையின் போது, பொரள்ளை பள்ளிவாசல் சார்பில் சட்டத்தரணிகளான சிராஸ் நூர்தீன், ரமீஸ் பஷீர், ருஷ்தி ஹபீப், ஆகியோர் நீதிமன்றில் ஆஜராகியிருந்தனர்.

The Mosque came under attack on 30th may 2015 by supporters of some Sinhala movement and a case was filed by Narahenpita Police I the HULFTSDORP  Magistrate Court bearing case no B 28665/2/15 naming 5 suspects who were remanded and later engaged on bail.

Police had filed several reports to court mean time. Again the case was taken up today before Hon. M.Mihal Addl. Magistrate for Charge sheet while Borella police sought to file it next date at the request of the Suspects Lawyer Mr Ranawaka Mosque Trustees agreed to settle the matter finally on conditions.

We sought tender apology visiting Mosque and Donate 50K to SriVajirasarama Viharaya in the name of Borella Mosque towards flood relief efforts.

Since two suspects were absent today Learned Magistrate issued Warrant on them and requested the settlement be recorded after filling charge sheet on the next date 15.06.2016

On behalf Borella Mosque Chief Trustee Riyal Authad and Mohamed Rikaz Hj were present and represented by Attorney Rushdhie Habeeb, Rameez Baheer and Mr. Ismail on the advise of Senior Attorney Shiraz Noordeen who also visited the courts.
