ஜனாதிபதித் தேர்தலில் மகிந்த ராஜபக்ஷவுக்கு பொதுபல சேனா ஆதரவு வழங்கினால், நான் ஐக்கிய மக்கள் சுதந்திர முன்னணியிலிருந்து விலகிடுவேன் என முதலீட்டு ஊக்குவிப்பு பிரதியமைச்சர் பைஸர் முஸ்தபா தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.
கொழும்பில் இடம்பெற்ற ஊடகவியலாளர் சந்திப்பின் போதே அவர் இதனைத் தெரிவித்தார். தொடர்ந்து கருத்து தெரிவித்த அவர்,
ஜனாதிபதி தேர்தலில் யாருக்கு ஆதரவு வழங்குவது என்பது தொடர்பாக தனது நிலைப்பாட்டை பொது பலசேனா இன்னமும் தெளிவாக அறிவிக்கவில்லை. அவ்வாறு பொதுபலசேனா நேரடியாகவோ மறைமுகமாகவோ ஆதரவு வழங்கினால் நான் ஐக்கிய மக்கள் சுதந்திர முன்னணியிலிருந்து விலகிடுவேன். கிரான்ட்பாஸ் பள்ளிவாசல் தாக்குதலின் போது நான் தலையிட்டதால் மற்றுமொரு கறுப்பு ஜூலையைதடுக்க முடிந்தது. எனவே இதனை எல்லோரும் புரிந்துகொள்ளவேண்டும்.
Grandpass incident is due to a failure of rule of law by Mahinda Government. You do not need to do anything if the rule of law is maintained properly in the country. All Muslim should work to re-establish the rule of law by changing the Govt.

திரு. பைசர் முஸ்தபா அவர்களே, நீங்கள் நமது சமூகத்துக்கும் நமது எதிர்கால சந்ததிக்கும் நல்லது செய்ய விரும்பினால் உடனடியாக ராஜினாமா செய்துவிட்டு மைத்திரிக்கு அதரவளிங்கள் (ஏனெனில் BBS எய் விட ராஜபக்ச அன் கோ தான் மிகவும் துவேசிகளும் ஆபத்தானவர்களும் நேர்மை அற்றவர்களும் ஆகும்.) நீங்கள் என்றென்றும் முஸ்லிம்களின் மனங்களில் இருப்பீர்கள். உங்கள் மனசாட்சிக்கும் ஆத்ம திருப்தியாக இருக்கும்.

Allah is enough for you, for backing a government, who kept silent, or allowed or guided groups to demolish many masjids, insulted Quran, hit Isalmic culture and even went to the extent to make eifigy to Allah (but nothing like Allah) and burn it in Kurunagale.
You wanted Muslims to Obey Allah or Your boss Mahinda ? Remember we may die, lose our properties and but Not the obedience to Allah.
Enough.. Keep your mouth shut down. We will pray Allah to guide you if not do what he did with, those oppose him.
