அனுமதி பெறப்படாத பள்ளிவாசல்கள் தொடர்பிலேயே பிரச்சினைகள் உருவாகின்றன - மஹிந்த
உரிய அனுமதியை பெறாது அமைக்கப்பட்ட பள்ளிவாசல்கள் தொடர்பிலேயே பிரச்சினைகள் உருவாகின்றன என ஜனாதிபதி மஹிந்த ராஜபக்ஸ தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.
வவுனியாவில் ஜனாதிபதி மஹிந்த ராஜபக்ஸவுக்கும், அமைச்சர் றிசாத் பதியுதீனுக்கும் இடையே நடைபெற்ற சந்திப்பிலேயே ஜனாதிபதி இவ்வாறு சுட்டிக்காட்டியுள்ளார்.
சமயத் தலங்கள் அமைக்கப்படுகையில் அவற்றுக்கு உரியமுறையில் அனுமதி பெறப்பட வேண்டும். அவ்வாறு அனுமதி பெறப்படாத பள்ளிவாசல்கள் தொடர்பிலேயே பிரச்சிகைள் உருவாகின்றன. முஸ்லிம்கள் தாம் புதிதாக அமைக்கும் பள்ளிவாசல்களை உரியமுறையில் அனுமதி பெற்று, அங்கீகாரத்துடன் அமைத்துக் கொள்வார்களாயின் எப்போதும் பிரச்சினைகள் ஏற்படாது. இதுபற்றி கவனம் செலுத்தப்பட வேண்டும் எனவும் சுட்டிக்காட்டியுள்ளார்.
பள்ளிவாசல்கள் அனுமதி பெறாமல் அமைக்கபட்டால் பிரச்சினை ....ஆனால் புத்த பெருமான் சிலையாக தான் நினைத்த இடத்தில் வீதியின் குறுக்காகவும்,வாகன போக்குவரத்துக்கு இடைஞ்சலாகவும் நிர்மாணிகபட்டால் புத்தரின் போதனைக்கு முரண் பட்ட அங்கீகாரம் ....ஆச்சரிய சிரி லங்கா
ReplyDeleteசரியான கருத்துத்தான் இருப்பினும் பள்ளிவாசல்களுக்கு மட்டும்தான் தற்போது பிரச்சினைகள் வரக்காரணம் என்ன? முறைப்படி பதிவு செய்யாதது பள்ளிவாசல்கள் மட்டும்தான் உள்ளதா?

ReplyDeleteHE President must know that there hundreds of Buddhist temples and shrines without any sorts of documents across the country and there are many to come soon along the key Muslim and Tamil dominant areas. Do they have a records of these shrines at the ministry. or at least do they deeds for the land they are built. How many areas have been forcefully occupied for this purpose.Can we make a complaint and will the action be taken in this regard? Why just talk about news stories just because of BBS? When Lord Buddha sat under Bo tree he didn't declare it a temple and meditated. It is only after he and his followers felt there was a need for it and meditated there and only after that the place would have been declared a temple. This is how any mosque or kovil came to be in the past. and later that was to be agreed and allowed legally. When there had been a need and people had used to worship how can someone come today and tell to vacate? If it is a new to mosque to build the permission must be given now. That is ok. What about the old one in the villages which were made as a result of the popular demand of such a need. It is a strange way to suppress the rights of minority in Srilanka which the world must understand.If the Constitution of this country is to safeguard the rights of all religious group here how the GUARD say some other new story to please the extremist? What a shame? MUSLIM MUST UNDERSTAND HIS STAND AND DECIDE HOW TO REACT.

ReplyDeleteசட்டரீதியாக அமைக்கப்படா விட்டால் சட்ட ரீதியாக நடவிக்கை எடுங்கள். அதை விடுத்து சாதாரண பிக்குவோ அல்லது ஒரு கும்பலோ வந்து அதட்டி பயமுறுத்தி அவமானப் படுத்தி நடப்பதற்கு அவர்களுக்கு எந்த அதிகாரமும் இல்லை. இப்படியானவர்களை சட்டத்தின் முன் நிறுத்தி சட்டம் ஒழுங்கை பேணுவது ஜனாதிபதியாகிய உங்களது கடமை ஆகும்.

ReplyDeleteFirst register your all Buddhists' Temples and liveless statues on road sides and juctions, then request all other communities to register. Statistics of Temple Registrations of Buddhists show that less than 100 temples were regidterd only.

registration.Bakeries and Eateries and lot of other activities take place without registration.
Why don't you tell us who this yellow robed ones are, to act against anything unregistered?

ReplyDeleteசட்டரீதியாக அமைக்கபட்டாத பள்ளிகள் பற்றி பிக்குகள் நடவடிக்கை எடுப்பது போல சட்டவிரோதமான விகாரைகள் பவுத்த ஆலயங்கள் பற்றி உலமாகளும் முஸ்லிம்களும் நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டும். ஒன்றுதிரண்டு போய் விகாரையை அகற்றாவிட்டால் பிரச்சினை ஏற்படும் என்று எச்சரித்து வந்தால் ஆரம்பத்தில் கலவரம் வந்தாலும் அரசாங்கம் நெருக்கடி நிலைக்கு ஆளாகி இரண்டு பக்கத்தையும் கட்டுபடுத்தும் நிலைக்கு தள்ளப்படும்.
