  2. Brother Abdul Razik did not swear anything about Buddha or Buddhism.

He spoke about a book which is written by a Budhdhist Monk who says Buddah at human flesh.

Brother Abdul Razik did not say anything about Buddah deliberately.

Also, Islam vehemently forbids not to swear other faiths.

  3. Anusha..Have you listened to the entire talk in question by Abdul Raziq? Have you listened to the allegations and the abusive language leveled by Ven. Gnanasara Thero? I am not sure you listened to these talks in its entirety. Had you listened to them I am sure you will not come forward to express such a derogatory remark. Abdul Raziq has made a reference in his speech related to an incident in which a Buddhist Monk unknowingly consumed human flesh prepared by a woman called Suppadevi who cooked parts of her own thigh. During his speech Abdul Raziq has erroneously stated that it was Lord Buddha who consumed human flesh cooked by a woman called Suppadevi using her own chopped thigh, in stead of stating a Buddhist Monk. This is of course not acceptable under any circumstance. Islam vehemently condemn such move to insult other religion and their Gods, since such moves will prompt other party to tarnish the Islamic principles owing to their sinister motives. Abdul Raziq's statement was not a deliberated one but a mistake for that he came forward, pleading public apology from the entire Buddhist community. Hence there is no need to persuade this case further...
