Due to the prevailing situation in the country due to COVID-19, the citizens of Sri Lanka face inconveniences in travelling to attend “Public Day” at the Ministry of Justice on Mondays. Therefore, after taking into consideration the difficulties faced by the people, the Minister of Justice, Mohamed Ali Sabry, President’s Counsel has taken bold new steps to implement an “online” public day.

The public are able to register themselves for the online public day and interact directly with the Minister of Justice.

All registrations and inquiries to the Minister of Justice must be completed by 6.00pm on the Sunday prior to the Public Day.
