AJCU is fighting about Sect in Islam law.. They want to follow one legal school of thought in Islamic law. They claim that choosing from different opinions of scholars are not viable in SL. yet, how could this mosque allow this wired ideas of guide dog? if it is totally haram in Islam: It seems that Quran and Sunna teach is sometime different from legal ideas of 4 schools of legal thought. For some dog is unclean and for some others it is clean.. A contrasting views. Yet, see what Quran says.. You can eat what Dog hunts.. so, our clerics must go beyond one legal schools if they want to help our Muslim community. Now is a testing time for ACJU to go beyond literal reading of the text to know the rationale, wisdom, logic and social realities of our country before they come up with wired ideas of one school of legal thought. Who Imam Shafi predicted all our problems in SL? These clerics should be educated in New fiqh before they join into ACJU. So pathetic and so arrogant and so ignorant of text and contexts. Text is pure and text is divine but social reality is always one: Human mind differs time to time.. to apply text into modern conditions. we should know not only text but also context.. to know context we need to have knowledge of modern society and its social realities..Unless these clerics are educated in modern sciences, they will be marginalised from society soon in SL. Time will tell us how long and far far ACJU will keep its grip on SL Muslim communities.
