இந்த மசோதாவை நாடாளுமன்றத்தில் நிறைவேற்றுவதை நிறுத்துவதில் மேற்கு மற்றும் மேற்கு நாடுகள் மிகவும் அக்கறை கொண்டுள்ளன. இலங்கைக்கு சீனாவின் ஆதரவை மேற்கு மற்றும் அமெரிக்கா, ஐரோப்பிய ஒன்றியம் உள்ளிட்ட நாடுகளால் பாதிக்க முடியாது, ஏனெனில் இலங்கை "ஒன் பெல்ட் ஒன் ரோடு" திட்டத்தில் இருக்கும், பின்னர் பாகிஸ்தான் அழைத்தபடி சிபிஇசி (சீனா பாகிஸ்தான் பொருளாதார ஆணையம்) இல் சேரும், வரவிருக்கும் தசாப்தங்களில் அமைதி மற்றும் நல்லிணக்கத்தை அடைவதற்கு பொருளாதார ரீதியாகவும் சமூக ரீதியாகவும் இலங்கை வளமான மற்றும் வளர்ந்த தேசமாக மாற வேண்டும். கொழும்பு துறைமுக நகரம் ஒரு நிதி மையமாகவும், பிராந்தியத்தில் ஒரு முதலீட்டு மையமாகவும் மாறும், இது தென்கிழக்கு ஆசியா மற்றும் ஆசிய பசிபிக் நாடுகளில் உள்ள அனைத்து நாடுகளின் வளர்ச்சியை துரிதப்படுத்தும், சீனா வழிகாட்டும் வெளிச்சமாக இருக்கும். உச்சநீதிமன்றத்தின் தீர்ப்பானது, மசோதாவில் சில சலுகைகள் சேர்க்கப்பட வேண்டும் என்றால், அரசாங்கம் அதற்கேற்ப செயல்பட்டு, இந்த மசோதாவை நமது "மாத்ரூபூமியா" மற்றும் அடுத்த தலைமுறையினரின் நலனுக்காக மிக விரைவாக நிறைவேற்ற வேண்டும். எங்கள் சட்டத்தை உருவாக்குபவர்கள், பாராளுமன்றத்தில் 225 பேரின் பெரும்பான்மை, பாராளுமன்றத்தில் அமர்ந்திருக்கும் முட்டாள்தனமான முட்டாள்கள் அனைவருமே ஒரு சிறந்த எதிர்காலத்தை எதிர்பார்க்கும் அப்பாவி மக்களால் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்ட எங்கள் வரி பணத்தை நுகரும். இந்த இரண்டு முட்டாள்களும் (எம்.பி.க்கள்) கூட இந்த மசோதாவைப் படித்திருப்பார்கள் அல்லது அச்சு அல்லது இணையத்தில் உள்ளடக்கம் / அறிவுப் பொருள்களைப் பார்த்திருப்பார்கள் / இந்த இரண்டு பெரிய சீனத் திட்டங்களின் பெரிய படம் என்ன என்பதைப் புரிந்து கொள்ள / புரிந்து கொள்ளலாம் என்று நான் நினைக்கவில்லை (ஹம்பன்டோட்டா ஹபூர் மற்றும் கொலம்போ போர்ட் சிட்டி) ரியாலிட்டியைப் பொறுத்தவரை இது இலங்கைக்கு இருக்கும். 1300 கி.மீ நீளமுள்ள 1300 கி.மீ நீளமுள்ள பாக்கிஸ்தானையும் சீனாவையும் இணைக்கும் ஒரு சாலையான பாகிஸ்தானுடன் சீனா கூட்டாகப் பயணித்த "காரகோரம் ஹைவே" யைப் பாருங்கள், இது நிறைவேற்ற 20 ஆண்டுகள் ஆனது மற்றும் இன்று 7 ஆவது உரிமை கோரப்பட்டது. விமர்சிக்க முயற்சிக்கும் இந்த எம்.பி.க்கள் பாக்கிஸ்தானுக்கு விஜயம் செய்திருக்க வேண்டும் மற்றும் இந்த நெடுஞ்சாலையில் பாகிஸ்தானில் இருந்து சீனாவுக்கு ஒரு பயணத்தை (உந்துதல்) மேற்கொண்டிருக்க வேண்டும். நெடுஞ்சாலை கட்டப்பட்ட மக்கள். இந்த இணைப்பு பாக்கிஸ்தானுக்கு ஸ்டெர்லிங் பவுண்டுகள் ஆண்டுதோறும் 14 பில்லியன் டாலர்களை டேடில் இருந்து பயனளித்துள்ளது. "கரகோரம் ஹைவே" மற்றும் ரயில் இணைப்புகள் அனைத்து சிஐஎஸ் நாடுகளையும் சென்றடைந்து, எதிர்காலத்தில் தியானக் கடலை அடைந்து "ஒன் பெல்ட் ஒன் ரோடு" திட்டத்தின் ஒரு பகுதியாக மாறும். இந்த சிறந்த வாய்ப்பை இலங்கை இழக்க முடியாது, ஏனெனில் நமது சட்டத்தை உருவாக்குபவர்கள் "தொலைதூரத்தைக் காண முடியாது". சர்வவல்லமையுள்ள கடவுளின் அருளால் இந்த மசோதாவை நாடாளுமன்றத்தில் அனைத்து வகையிலும் அரசாங்கம் நிறைவேற்ற வேண்டும்.

ReplyDeleteThe forces that are and the West is very much concerned to STOP this Bill from getting passed in Parliament. China's support to Sri Lanka cannot be stomached by the West and the USA, including the EU, because Sri Lanka will be in the "One Belt One Road" project and will later join the CPEC (China Pakistan Economic Commission) as invited by Pakistan, a must for Sri Lanka to become a prosperous and developed Nation, economically and socially to acheive Peace and Harmony in the coming decades. The Colombo Port City will become a Financial Hub and an investment center in the region and this will accelerate the growth pof all the nations in South East Asia and the Asia Pacific, with China being the guiding light. If the verdict of the Supreme Court is that certain amemdments should be incopted to the Bill, then the government should act accordingly and get this Bill passed at the very earliest for the benefit of our "Mathruboomiya" and the next generation. It is a pity that our law makers, MAJORITY of the 225 in parliament are all idiotic fools who sit in parliament consuming our tax money being elected by the innocent people who are hoping for a better future. I do not think that even 25 of these fool (MP's) would have read the bill or have resourced content/knowledge material in print or the internet to take a look/understand what is the larger picture of both these major Chinese projects are (Hambantota Habour and the Colombpo Port City) in respect to the REALITY it will be for Sri Lanka. Look at the "KARAKORAM HIGHWAY" that China has buit jointly with Pakistan, a road that is now linking Pakistan and China - 1300 km long which had taken 20 years to accomplish and claimed today as the 7th., wonder of the world. These MP's who are trying to criticise Should have visited Pakistan and taken a trip (drive) from Pakistan to China on this highway to see for themselves the development and socio-economic development this project has brought to the rural and remote villages/urban towns and the people through which the Highway has been built. This link has benefited Pakistan with Sterling pounds 14 billion annually from tade alone. The "KARAKORAM HIGHWAY" and rail links will reach out to all the CIS countries and reach the mediterain sea in the near future and become part of the "One Belt One Road" project. Sri Lanka cannot loose this great opportunity because our law makers cannot "SEE FAR". The Government must get this bill passed in parliament by all means, by the grace of God AllMighty.

ReplyDeleteஏற்கனவே 45% port city காணிகள் இதன் கட்டுமான கடனை அடைப்பதற்காக சீனாவிடம் கொடுக்கப்பட்டு விட்டது. மற்றய பகுதிகளில் இந்தியா/USA/Uk போன்றன முதலீடுகள் செய்யமாட்டாது. அதுவும் சீனா தான்.
இது தவிர, இலங்கை அரசு வாங்கிவரும் மற்றய கடன்களை வளரவிட்டுவிட்டு, அதற்காக இலங்கையின் ஒவ்வொரு பகுதியாக சீனா கேட்பார்கள். கொடுத்துதான் ஆகவேண்டும். வேறவழி?
