20 ஆவது திருத்தச் சட்டம் தொடர்பில், எமக்கும் பிரச்சினை உள்ளது - ராஜாங்க அமைச்சர் விதுர
அரசாங்கம் கொண்டு வந்துள்ள 20வது அரசியலமைப்புத் திருத்தச் சட்ட வரைவு சம்பந்தமாக ஆளும் கட்சியின் அணியிலும் பிரச்சினைகள் இருப்பதாக அதில் மாற்றங்கள் செய்யப்படலாம் என ராஜாங்க விதுர விக்ரமநாயக்க தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.
கொழும்பில் நேற்று நடைபெற்ற வைபவம் ஒன்றின் பின்னர் செய்தியாளர்களிடம் கருத்து வெளியிடும் போதே அவர் இதனை கூறியுள்ளார்.
கொண்டு வரப்பட்டுள்ள 20வது திருத்தச் சட்ட வரைவு தொடர்பாக எமக்கு பிரச்சினைகள் இருக்கின்றன. இதனால், இது குறித்து ஆளும் கட்சியின் நாடாளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர்களுடன் விரிவான கலந்துரையாடலை நடத்துவதாக பிரதமர் உறுதியளித்துள்ளார்.
20வது திருத்தச் சட்டம் இன்னும் கொண்டு வரப்படவில்லை. அதில் உள்ள விடயங்களில் மாற்றங்கள் ஏற்படுத்தப்படக் கூடும் எனவும் விதுர விக்ரமநாயக்க குறிப்பிட்டுள்ளார்.
Lets hope and pray that Saner Counsel Prevails and 20A makes Only Nominal changes on 19A.
ReplyDeleteWhatever it must be an outstanding amended Constitution; This must be agreed by all sectors of the Citizens. If some parts are organised for keeping something in mind; what will happen in the future after such intention is being fulfilled now. It has to be fulfilled the entire nation for life long. No community is been left out and damaged. If anything goes wrong, whole parliamentarians have to be responsible for the future history for their purposely done fault.
