சிறப்பு விமானம் மூலம், இந்திய வெளிவிவகார அமைச்சர் எஸ்.ஜெய்சங்கர் சற்று முன்னர் கட்டுநாயக்க விமான நிலையத்தில் வந்திறங்கியுள்ளார்.
