முஸ்லிம் டாக்டர்களிடம் இருந்து, சிங்கள நோயாளர்களைத் தூரமாக்கும் சதித்திட்டம்
இவர் சிறந்த வைத்தியர் இவரின் மனைவியும் ஒரு சிறந்த வைத்தியர் இவர்கள் பரம்பரை பணக்காரர்.
சிசேரியன் அறுவைச் சிகிச்சையை ஒரு டாக்டர் மேற்கொள்ளும்போது அவருக்கு உதவியாக ஒரு டாக்டரும் இரண்டு தாதிமாரும் இருப்பார்கள்.
ஒவ்வொரு கிரியைக்கும் தேவையான உபகரணங்களைத் தாதிமாரே எடுத்துக் கொடுப்பார்கள். அது தவிர மயக்க மருந்து கொடுக்கும் டாக்டரும் அவரது தாதிமாரும் இருப்பார்கள்.
இது தவிர பல ஊழியர்கள் இருப்பார்கள். இவர்கள் பெரும்பாலும் சிங்களவர்கள்..இந்த நிலையில் 4000 பேரில் நிரந்தர கருத்தடை அறுவைச் சிகிச்சையை எப்படி மேற்கொள்ள முடியும்? இது முஸ்லிம் டாக்டர்களிடம் இருந்து சிங்கள நோயாளர்களைத் தூரமாக்கும் ஒரு முயற்சியாகும். இதனால் பாதிக்கப்படுவது சாதாரண நோயாளர்களே-
While a doctor is performing a Caesarean section, there will be an assisting doctor, two nurses, one anaesthetist, her nurses and many other employees in the operation theatre. The assisting nurse only give the instruments necessary for the each step of surgery. Majority of these staff are Sinhalese. In these circumstances, how a doctor can perform surgical sterilization in 4000 females? This is an attempt to keep away the patients from Muslim doctors.
A suggestion of a PROTOCOL To follow when a doctor is accused of a crime of sterilisation against consent...
ReplyDeleteA thorough investigation has to be carried out to confirm /rule out this accusation...
First of all all the BHTs ( Bed head tickets/ patient records)
to be traced and brought into the custody of non racist/neutral/ independent investigators.
All the assisting nurses must be questioned... if they say ‘yes’ to the occurrence of such crime a Case should be filed against them for not reporting the incident on time.. if they say ‘no’ to a proven crime a case should be filed for the negligence during assisting the surgery.
All the accusing mothers should be investigated thoroughly for their fertility...
And their husbands also to be investigated for the fertility and the potency....if they are found to be subfertile /impotent the existing babies to be investigated to identify their genetic father...
And if the genetic father is someone else he should be penalised for the rape/........
Until all this is done the accused doctor should not undergo any harassments/ defamation.
And if the accusations are found to be true the proper punishment to be given..
And if the accusation is found to be false.. all the involved people and the media to be penalised ... and a compensation to be paid to the involved doctor...
Cesarean operation செய்யும் போது சுற்றியுள்ளவர்கள் தெறியாமல் LRT சிகிச்சை செய்வது சாத்தியமே இல்லை. உண்மை இவ்வாறு இறுக்க அறிவுகெட்ட சில அரசியல்வாதிகளும் MR உட்பட மற்றும் ஊடகங்களும் கொக்கரிப்பது வெறும் நகைப்பிற்குறியது.
