முதன்முதலில் நான் கால்பந்து ஆட்ட நடுவரானபோது விளையாட்டு வீரர்கள் என்னை பார்த்த விதம் அதிர்ச்சியாகவும், வியப்பாகவும் இருந்தது என்கிறார் ஜவஹிர் ரோப்ளே. இவர்தான் பிரிட்டனின் முதல் கறுப்பின, முஸ்லிம், ஹிஜாப் அணியும் பெண் நடுவர்.
That day I received a whatsapp video clip about a Hijab wearing Kerala Muslim girl working in a Gym as a trainer, lifting weights, bending like a ballet dancer and at one point doing hand wrestling with an unrelated man in the Gym. These things are pure nonsense, but media is glorifying these people like icons. This girl in the story is being portrayed by NIKE which is a popular "Jewish" owned sports Company. She must have been paid well by Nike for this advert. Hijab is for modesty not to appear in commercials.
