ஞானசாரரின் விடுதலை சொல்லும் செய்தி
ஞானசார தேரர் நீதிமன்றத்தினால் பிணையில் விடுவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளார்...
இங்கு முக்கிய விடயம் ஒன்றை சொல்ல வேண்டும்...
நேற்றுமுன்தினம் தேரரை சிறையில் சந்தித்துவிட்டு வெளியில் செய்தியாளர்களை சந்தித்த அமைச்சர் துமிந்த திசாநாயக்க , இந்த விடயத்தில் வெள்ளிக்கிழமையளவில் நல்ல முடிவு வருமென்று கூறியிருந்தார்...
அமைச்சரின் இந்த கூற்று நீதிமன்றத்தின் சுயாதீனத்தை கேள்விக்கு ஆட்படுத்தும் என்பதால் சரியாயின் இன்று பிணை வழங்கியிருக்கக் கூடாது... மக்கள் மனநிலை அறிந்து நீதித்துறை செயற்பட்டிருக்க வேண்டும்...
அமைச்சர் சொன்ன நல்ல முடிவு கிடைத்து விட்டது...
இனி யாரையும் யாரும் அச்சுறுத்தி சிறை சென்றாலும் சில தினங்களில் பிணையில் வெளிவந்து விடலாம்...
இப்படியான பின்னணியில் தான் ...

Politicians can influence any court ruling. They have the blessings from His ex.president. An ordinary citizen will have to suffer behind the bar as he has no support from anyone.
ReplyDeleteDo doubt that No freedom of judicial systems in Sri Lanka. Law and order went to a dog level in the country, any criminal can escape with the support of Government. Good governance is a real bullshit.

ReplyDeleteOne has to understand an accuse will be normally released on bail after an appeal is lodged against the verdict. This is normal. You can remember Lalith Weerathunga, Mahinda's secretary was given bail after he was sentenced in Silredhi case.
