கொழும்பில் ரோஹின்யர்களுக்கு அச்சுறுத்தல் விடுத்த பௌத்த சிங்கள இனவாதிகளுக்கான விளக்கமறியல் எதிர்வரும் 31 ஆம் திகதிவரை நீடிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

MC Mount Lavinia - Attack on UNHCR refugee  facility of Mynmmar Refugees

Except one suspect all other suspects were identified by witnesses at Identification parade held today.

3rd suspect (Dan *Priyasath ) and 8 suspect ( police constable - Prageeth ) were remanded till 31/10 since they have violated previous bail conditions of similar offences. Other suspects were released on bail.

4 member RRT Legal team appeared for the aggrevied party and objected to bail for all suspects.

Judge directed CCD to inform respective courts  of bail condition violations of said 3rd and 8th suspects to deal with them in those cases.
