முஸ்லிம் சட்டத்தரணிகளினால் 5 பேருக்கு எதிராக 2 முறைப்பாடுகள்

Two complaints were made today (28) at Police Headquarters against the OIC of Mount Lavinia Police station and four other Racists Leaders crimes committed against 31 Rohginyan refugees on 26/07/2017.

1. Complaint against OIC of Mount Lavinia Police station was done on his following failures and discriminatory behaviour 

- Failed to provide to security to 31 Rohginyan  refugees who were settled at UNHCR Facility with prior notice.

- false pretends of unaware of existence of said refugees at UNHCR Facility with lead to  a huge unrest situation.

- Failed to prevent Mischief, Intimidation  death threats and unlawful entry to said UNHRC facility.

- Failed to restore peace and disperse the members of Unlawful Assembly.

2. Complaint against follwing four persons on charges on thier Malicious act against 31 Rohginyan refugees such as conspiracy, unlawful assembly, mischief, forceful entry, Intimidation with death, breach of peace, hurt to peace officers to prevent thier lawful duties, this respectful utterance to religion and class of people and false and deceitful information to General Public.

3. Sinhale Janitha and 

4. Ambampola Ratnassara himi

Both complaints were made by attorneys of RRT.
