நான் SLTJ அல்ல, முஸ்லிம் என்ற அடிப்படையிலேயே ஆஜராகுகிறேன் - சிராஸ் நூர்தீன்
சிறிலங்கா தவ்ஹீத் ஜமாத் வழக்குகளில் தான் ஆஜராகுவதால் சிலர் தம்மை சிறிலங்கா தவ்ஹீத் ஜமாத்தாக காண்பிக்க முயலுவதாக கவலை வெளியிட்டுள்ள மூத்த சட்டத்தரணி சிராஸ் நூர்தீன், அவர்களும் (sltj) முஸ்லிம்கள் என்பதானாலேயே தாம் அவர்கள் சார்பில் வழக்கில் ஆஜராகி வாதாடுவதாக குறிப்பிட்டார். அவர் இதுதொடர்பில் மேலும் கூறியதாவது,
நான் 20 வருடங்களாக சட்டத்தரணியாக இருக்கிறேன். சிறுவர் பாலியல் துஷ்பிரயோகம் செய்பவர்கள் மற்றும் போதைப்பொருளுடன் சம்பந்தப்பட்டவர்கள் சார்பில் நான் நீதிமன்றங்களில் ஆஜராகி வாதிடுவதில்லை.
தவ்ஹீத் ஜமாத் கொழும்பில் நடத்திய ஆர்ப்பாட்டம் தற்போதைய அரசாங்கத்தில் அழுத்தத்தை ஏற்படுத்தியது உண்மையே. எனினும் அவர்கள் இந்த ஆர்ப்பாட்டத்தில் ஏந்தயிருந்த பதாதைகளும், கோஷங்களும் சரியானதல்ல. இதனை அவர்களுக்கு நான் சுட்டிக்காட்டினேன். அவர்கள் தமது தவறை ஒப்புக்கொண்டது மாத்திரமல்லாமல் சம்மாந்துறையில் அவர்கள் நடத்திய ஆர்ப்பாட்டதின் போது சர்ச்சைக்குரிய கருத்துக்களை கூறுவதிலிருந்தும் தவிர்ந்துகொண்டார்கள்.
தவ்ஹீத் ஜமாத் நடத்திய ஆர்ப்பாட்டததை அடுத்து முஸ்லிம்களில் சில தரப்பினர் அவர்களை முஸ்லிம்கள் அல்ல என காண்பிக்க முயன்றார்கள். சிறிலங்கா தவ்ஹீத் ஜமாத்திற்கு எதிராக அறிக்கை வெளியாகியது. எனது ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்பட்ட ஒலு கூட்டத்தில் பங்கேற்ற அவர்கள் இஸ்லாமிய விவகாரங்களில் விட்டுக்கொடுப்புக்கு இடமில்லை எனவும், சமூக விவகாரங்களில் தாம் புரிந்துணர்வுடனும், விட:டுக்கொடுப்புடனும் செயற்பட தயார் என்றனர்.
இந்நிலையிலேயே முஸ்லிம்கள் தரப்பில் தவ்ஹீத் ஜமாத்திற்கு எதிராக பொலிஸில் முறைப்பாடு செய்யப்பட்டு, தற்போது அதன் செயலாளர் அப்துல் ராசிக் விளக்கமறியலில் வைக்கப்பட:டள்ளார். அவரை பிணை எடுக்க நாங்கள் முயன்றோம். எனினும் சட்டத்தரணி என்.எம்.சஹீட் அதனை கடுமையாக எதிர்த்தான். அவரை வெளியே விடுவதால் ஆபத்து என்று வாதிட்டார். இந்நிலையில் அவருக்கு விளக்கமறியல் கிடைத்துள்ளது.
நாங்கள் முஸ்லிம்கள் நாங்கள் இனவாதிகள் அல்ல. என வாதிடும் நாம் சகோதரத்துவம் அவசியம் என்பதையும் உணரவேண்டும். இந்த உணர்வானது எதிர்காலத்தில் இஸ்லாத்திற்காகவும் முஸ்லிம்களுக்காகவும் உழைப்பதாக கூறும் அமைப்புக்கள் மற்றும் இயக்கங்கள் சிறை செல்வதிலிருந்தும் தடுக்க உதவும் எனவும் சிராஸ் நூர்தீன் ஜப்னா முஸ்லிம் இணையத்திற்கு சுட்டிக்காட்டினார்,
அல்லாஹ் உங்களுக்கு அருள் புரிவான் உங்களை ோன்று சமுகப்பற்று உள்ளவர்களை அல்லாஹ் இன்னும் தரவேண்டும். சமூக வலைத்தளங்களில் இருக்கும் நடமாடும் முப்திகளை பற்றி நீங்கள் கவலைப்பட வேண்டாம் அவர்கள் அதிகம் படித்தவர்கள் அதை அல்லாஹ் பார்த்து ொள்வான்.

ReplyDeleteWe have understood your position on this subject. We all have to understand it is not an individual problem but it is affecting the entire Muslim community in Sri Lanka.Let us ask few question which will help for further clarification.
1. Who authorized SLTJ to take up this matter while there is ACJU to represent Muslims in Sri Lanka on religious and social issues?
2. Do they know that there is a body you call ACJU to look after the interest of Muslims living in Sri Lanka?
3.Do they know the matter under reference is being studied by a team appointed by the Government headed by a Rtd Judge Hon.Saleem Marzook?
4. Do they know this subject is being studied by Ulamass and some intellectuals arranged by ACJU to submit the proposal as one document of the Muslim community?
5. Can they deny that they are implementing money made principles imported from Tamil Naadu PJ which are totally against teachings of Islam?
5. Do they know that hatred speeches and intolerance behaviors are prohibited in Islam?
Therefore on behalf of Muslim community, we make an humble request to all members of Muslim community to unite and give a sole and laudable voice in order to meet our common enemy. Divisions will weaken our voice and finally we have to fight each other among ourselves for nothing.
Let us pray Almighty Allah (SWT) for guidance and to lead a fearless life. Please note that this comment is written not to argue but to highlight the present situation.
Br. Seeni, yes we do not agree some of approaches of SLTJ. But when am reading your post I found your second number 5 clause is contradict with first number 5 clause. Bear in mind no need to get authority from anyone for raise your voice against all forms of injustices.
