  1. "The Muslim Voice" fully supports the stand taken by Brother Shiraz Noordeen - Attorney-at-Law to appear on behalf of the Tahwheed Jamaath Secretary of Sri Lanka, Abdul Razik was arrested by the Maligawatta police. "The Muslim Voice" feels that it is the duty of all Muslims to stand together in this issue and defend a brother Muslim being meted out with "INJUSTICE" by the "Yahapalana government", while letting go the violent Gannasara Thera who has made much more violent anti-communal and anti-religious speeches.

  7. Suppose, Muslims fight against Sri Lankan forces for Razik, and lose lives- will it end up in vain, anyway? It will be worthless, Yusuf Ismath?

      Are you crazy?

Brother Razik's matter is an individual matter.

Why do you make hue and cry?

  8. Yusuf Ismath: Oh! if a Buddhist monk mock Tamils, he is right and if he does the same thing to Muslims/Islam- he is WRONG and RACIST? If he said 'All Muslims are ISIS!', he is wrong and bad? Wow, another Muslim for people to take a good look at, and he made a comment on a post regarding Basil and says to Basil Rajapakse "Today people are highly educated, you cant fool them."

    Highly educated, huh?

  9. @ bro Hameem, from the number of comments and use of words, i.e. " DONKEYS" can pointed to show who has lost the cool/temper.
More over Stop carrying the burden behind your back. Just because you and me disagree and on one point that I will always disagree with or wise versa.
Don't you think that Muslims had suffered in that war? A war which they had nothing to do with?
Tamils from central and uva province, didnt they live a peaceful life during that time ? I have Sinhalese and Tamils from and a person who grew up from there I know we all did have a relatively peaceful life in the central.
I remember once when army was adavancing one of the Buddhist person was telllng, " Demalunta deela ivara unata pase mey ke.. thambiyonta thamai denda one" ( After finishing the Tamils we should target the thambiya"
So they already had that in their mind.
A humble request if someone disagree with you once don't fill that in your mind and keep thinking that this guy will not agree with me in situation or see the person as your enemy.
Lastly I am not a ulamah, I learn everyday , I am not even closer to that.

  11. So you nitpick on me to cover the fact that you didn't
answer my questions or you can't answer with a simple
'yes' or 'no' against your conscience? - Well I said that
with a smile on my face.

Did I lose my cool? If I go ahead and address that,
I am going to upset 'Unknown' further if he/she might be
upset with me already. I will just omit that and I am
sorry if I looked as if I lost my cool in your opinion.

I assumed you to be a Ulema and I still gave the benefit
of the doubt to me as you came as Number 2 in reaction
and went ahead replying to you as I thought whether you
be a Ulema or not, whether you would agree with me or not,
it was important for me to still address you. Now why I
say this- it is about how we, Muslims, react to situations
and make them really happen. When you walk pass people
that boo at you 'Ado keri thambiya!', you just keep walking
and don't bite the dog that bit you if you are a wise
Muslim given the present situation in Sri Lanka. The same
was with 'Unknown'- when we Muslims encounter someone
online that challenges us(like 'Muslims think they are wise?'), instead of tackling them intellectually, we immediately
jump into a reaction that's worth no penny. The same can be attributed to any political and social situation that arise
    against Muslims.

The point is: if Muslims think they are wise, then they
will be sensible enough to have the awareness that
'Someone is trying to drag us into mud- let's not allow
them to win over it! We are not emotional donkeys that
gets easily irritated over every silly things. We are the
people that have a strong will power to get up at dawn and
pray right before the world opens its eyes. Well, that of
course applies to those who have the will power to really
wake up before the the rest of the world and pray fajr.

As for the war - you are still talking against your
conscience. So MANY INNOCENT PEOPLE(Sinhalese, Tamil,
Muslims) that had nothing to do with the war suffered
their lives unnecessarily. Tamils, wherever they
were from- East, North, Central, Uva or be it anywhere-
even if they were living sort of a peaceful life,
they were discriminated in any given aspect of their
life and endlessly harassed left and right in Sri Lanka
and that is a fact. Don't I think Muslims had suffered
in the war- you asked- AS A MUSLIM, WERE YOU EVER DISCRIMINATED/HARASSED BECAUSE OF THE CIVIL WAR?
I WAS NEVER! AND THAT IS THE TRUTH AND I KNOW
THOUSANDS OF MUSLIMS AND THEIR FAMILIES THAT HAD
ENJOYED A VERY GOOD LIFE AND THE WAR NOT AT ALL
AFFECTED THEIR LIVES. Muslims lost lives in a couple
of incidents and we can't take that as a fact to justfy
that we suffered the war compared to Tamils.

So, do I still need to ask 'Muslims think they are
wise? Seriously??' Well that goes for Yusuf Ismath.

@ Yusuf Ismath, I see that you must be a well grown dummy
or a new born baby(I mean, you must be a 'Eruma Maadu' or
'Pasu Maadu' and you know the difference right). I think
the time invested on you was more than enough addressing
    you here.

PS: I never seen anyone(or you) as an enemy just because
they differed with me in opinion. I see that you are not
in Sri Lanka, so private message me, so that we can meet
and share many insights. No worries, I wont reveal JM who
    you are(smily).

  14. Who were gone to fight with Sinhalese, Muslims or Tamils?
Who's claiming separate country from Sri Lanka? Who was killed Sinhalese & destroyed temples? Who got weapons from foreign countries? Who is behaving like animals(recently, many rape cases in northern province & many Muslims massacred by tigers)
