மாவனல்லையில் பிரமாண்ட வர்த்தக நிலையத்தை, தாரை வார்த்த முஸ்லிம்கள்

மாவனல்லை நகர மத்தியில் அமைந்துள்ள மிகப்பிரமாண்டமான அல்முபாறிஸ் வர்த்தக நிலையம் பெரும்பான்மை கைகளுக்குச் சொந்தமாகியுள்ளது.
முஸ்லிம்கள் செறிந்து வாழும் மாவனல்லை நகர மத்தியில் அமைந்துள்ள பல கோடி ரூபா பெறுமதியான இந்த பிரமாண்ட கட்டிடம் பெரும்பான்மை சமூகத்தின் கைகளுக்கு சென்றுள்ளமை முஸ்லிம்களுக்கு பெரும் இழப்பாக அமைந்துள்ளது. இதனால் எதிர்காலத்தில் இந்தக் கட்டிடத்தை பயன்படுத்தி மாவனல்லையில் உள்ள ஏனைய முஸ்லிம்களின் வியாபாரத்தை சிதைக்கக் கூடிய அபாய நிலை உருவாகியுள்ளது.
6 மாடிகளைக் கொண்டதாக 2013 ஆம் ஆண்டு இந்த வர்த்தக நிலையம் ஆரம்பிக்கப்பட்டது. இதன் நிர்மானப் பணிகளுக்காக பணம் பெறப்பட்டுள்ளது. அந்த பணத்தை குறித்த திகதியில் வழங்கத் தவறியுள்ளதாக தெரிவிக்கப்படுகின்றது. இதனால் வர்த்தக நிலையம் பறிமுதல் செய்யப்பட்டு பகிரங்க ஏலத்தில் விடப்பட்டுள்ளது.
இதன் போது ஆரம்ப விலையாக 600 மில்லியன் ரூபா ஏலம்விடப்பட்ட போதிலும் அதனை யாரும் பெற்றுக் கொள்ள முன்வரவில்லை. இதனால் இறுதியாக இது குறித்த வங்கிக்கே சொந்தமானது என அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
ஆகவே, இந்த கட்டிடத்தை முஸ்லிம்கள் பக்கம் திருப்பிக் கொள்வதற்கான வாய்ப்புக்கள் இன்னும் உள்ளது. இதனை எமது சமூகத்தில் உள்ள தனவந்தர்கள் சமூக நோக்கோடு முன்வந்து அந்தக் கட்டிடத்தை பெற்றுக் கொள்வார்களாயின் எதிர்காலத்தில் ஏற்படவுள்ள பல பிரச்சினைகளுக்கு முற்றுப்புள்ளி வைக்க முடியும்.

ReplyDeletemeans , all Srilankans' money.Opening bid did not attract
any offer means,price is too high and nobody is interested
including non-Muslims. Business means profit out of any
purchase . There are millions of properties that change
hands among all communities. Banks have no religion only
money . Any Srilankan should be able to run any business
in any part of the country if there's a demand for the
commodity in the area and if it is allowed by law .
Muslims are complaining that they are not allowed to
operate in some parts of the country by the majority
and this article highlights that Muslims too do not
like non-Muslims to enter their areas . But businesses
operate as I said , on profit basis and not on
communal sentiments.Whoever offers the best price wins
it . We should never send the signal that we will buy
from the majority and not ready to sell them our
property .

ReplyDeleteநல்ல கேள்வி. இதன் ஆரம்ப நிர்மாண பணிகளுக்கென திட்டமிட்டு மாவனல்லை நகரில் உள்ள அனேகமான தனவந்தர்கலிடம் கோடிக்கனக்கில் பணம் பெற்றுக்கொள்ளப்பட்டது அதிகமானோர் அறிய வாய்ப்பில்லை. இலகுவில் லாபம் பெற எண்ணிய அவர்களின் முதலீடுகளும் கேள்விக்குறியாக மாறி உள்ளது. அது மட்டுமல்லாமல் இந்த கட்டிடத்தின் கீழ் மாடியிலுள்ள பல கடைகள் நம்பிக்கை அடிப்படையில் பலருக்கு விற்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. அவற்றின் உரிமையாளர்களின் நிலையும் அதே. நேர்த்தியான திட்டம் இல்லாமலும் அதற்கேற்ற வருமான வழிகள் இல்லாமலும் இந்த அடுக்கு மாடி கட்டிடம் பல மாதங்களாக வெறிச்சோடி கானப்பட்டது. இதன் உரிமையாளரின் இயலாமை காரணமாக இன்று இந்த சொத்து மத்துமல்லாமல் மாவனல்லையில் இருக்கும் அநேகமான தனவந்தர்களின் கோடிக்கணக்கான பணமும் இல்லாமல் போனது தான் கசப்பான உண்மை.

மாவனல்லையில் ஒருவருக்கொருவர் பொறாமையின் காரணமாகவும் வரவுக்கு மீறிய செலவு காரணமாகவும் பல முஸ்லிம் கடைகள் அந்நியரின் வசமாகியது எனவும் கேள்விப்பட்டேன்.

ReplyDeleteஆனால், பிழையான இடத்தெரிவு, வாகனத் தரிப்பிடம் உள்ளிட்ட அடிப்படை வசதிகளற்ற கட்டடம் என்பதும் அக்கட்டடத்தை வியாபரத்துக்கு ஒவ்வாத தளமாக மற்றிவிட்டது என்பதே உண்மை.
இங்கு இலாபம் அடைந்தவர்கள் உத்தேச திட்டத்தின் தரகர்களும், கட்டடக்கலைஞர், பொறியியலாளர், நிர்மான ஒப்பந்தக்காரர் மட்டுமேயாகும்.
புற நகர் பகுதியில் இலகு வாகனத் தரிப்பிட வசதியுடன் நெடுஞ்சாலை பயணிகள் பார்வைக்குற்படக்கூடிய இடத்தில் இவ்வணிகத்தளம் அமையப்பெற்றிருக்குமாயின், வெற்றி கண்டிருக்கும்.
இங்கு இன ரீதியான கண்ணோட்டத்தையும் மீறி, இரவில் விழுந்த குழியில் எவரும் பகலில் விழக்கூடாது.அல்லாஹ் நஷ்ட்டங்களை விட்டும் மனிதர்களைப் பாதுகாக்கட்டும்.
600 மில்லியன் ரூபாய் என்பது 60 கோடிகள் அல்லது 6000 இலட்சங்கள் என்பதையும், கஷ்ட்டப்பட்டு சதம் சதமாக சம்பாதித்த எந்த ஒரு மனிதனும் பெறுமதியற்ற ஒன்றுக்காக செலவிட முன்வரமாட்டான் என்பதையும் நஸீஹா ஹஸன் விளங்கிக்கொள்ள வேண்டும்.

old mechanics can not cope with modern vehicles . Another
side of the story is world economic situation going bad to
worse . People are spending less everywhere and if we are
not in touch with these realities , no survival for us .
Mawanellla building is only a tip of the iceberg .
Invoke the almighty Allah sincerely for the remedy. He is the only one who can bring up contentment and relief.
