நல்லாட்சிக்கு எதிரான பாதயாத்திரை - பெருமளவு முஸ்லிம்களை பங்குகொள்ளச்செய்ய முயற்சி
இணைந்த எதிர்க்கட்சியினர் அரசாங்கத்தின் செயற்பாடுகளுக்கு எதிர்ப்புத் தெரிவித்து ஏற்பாடு செய்துள்ள பாத யாத்திரை திட்டமிட்டப்படி எதிர்வரும் 28 ஆம் திகதி கண்டியிலிருந்து ஆரம்பிக்கப்படுமென முன்னாள் ஜனாதிபதியும், குருநாகல் மாவட்ட பாராளுமன்ற உறுப்பினருமான மஹிந்த ராஜபக்ஷ தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.
பாத யாத்திரையில் பெருமளவில் முஸ்லிம்களைப் பங்குகொள்ளச் செய்வதற்கான முன்னெடுப்புகளை மேற்கொள்வதற்கு பொறுப்பாளராக குருநாகல் மாநகர சபையின் முன்னாள் உறுப்பினரும், ஸ்ரீலங்கா சுதந்திரக்கட்சியின் குருநாகல் அமைப்பாளருமான அப்துல் சாத்தார் நியமிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளார்.
பாதயாத்திரையில் கலந்துகொள்வதற்காக முஸ்லிம் மக்கள் பெருமளவு ஆதரவு வழங்கி வருவதாக சுதந்திரக்கட்சியின் குருநாகல் மாவட்ட அமைப்பாளர் அப்துல் சத்தார் தெரிவித்தார்.

ReplyDeleteDisgruntled Muslims, especially the Muslim Traders, Muslim Businessmen, Muslim Small boutique owners and the ordinary muslim people affected by the increased VAT (too) should join the protest march on 28th., July 2016. Appointing Brother Abdul Sattar to organize Muslim participation in the "Pada-Yathraya" of the "Ekkabadde Vipaksaya" to take place on the 28th., July 2016 is appropriate. A young up-and-coming Socialist Muslim politician who took an active role in the 2010, 2015 Presidential and General elections hailing from Mannar, but had won the hearts of the voters of Kurunegala to be elected to the Kurunegala Municipal Council is an achievement by itself. For us, it is NOT the issue of toppling a government, but the sufferings of the burden of the VAT, the price increase of consumer essential goods and items and the sale of unsuitable imported rice and sprats (haalmaaso) at the CWE/SATHOSA outlets under Minister Rishad Batiudeen. It is to express our solidarity to a common issue of the majority people/nation. Like what late Dr. T.B. Jaya has said in the 1940 tees, the Muslims should NOT put all their eggs in one political basket. Therefore participating for our convenience is appropriate. The "Ekkabadde Vipaksaya (SLFP)" may be voted to power in the next general elections, who knows? Our presence now for our own reasons will be helpful then, Insha Allah.
ReplyDeleteIt is time up that a NEW POLITICAL FORCE that will be honest and sincere that will produce "CLEAN" and diligent Muslim Politicians to stand up and defend the Muslim Community politically and otherwise, EVEN WITHIN THE SLFP and the "Ekkabadde Vipaksaya supporters" especially from among the YOUTH and the “poraalikkal and pamaramakkal”, has to emerge to face the political challenges through RIGHTFUL legislations and constitutional changes adopted in our favour in the coming future, and face the local government elections that are expected soon, Insha Allah.

A TRUE Muslim who loves Allah and Muhammed (sal) will not support this event as They remember what happened in Kurunagala ... BBS made an effigy and named Allah and burnt in the street with the full support of MARAs government and Destroyed Masjids while the same BBS was supported by MARAs especially by GOTA and the Silent approval of Mahinda.
