  1. The Muslim Council of Sri Lanka should NOT distract the Muslim community from their political aspirations of finding an answer to the violence and the hate crimes that had taken place in Aluthgama, Beruwela, Dambulla, Dehiwela, Kandy, Polonnaruwa and Balangoda by trying to call attention to the ongoing Electoral Reform debate, Insha Allah. The MCSL should give priority to call attention to formulate a memorandum to be presented to the Minister of Muslim Cultural Affairs REQUESTING the Minister to SUBMIT a CABINET PAPER REQUESTING PARLIAMENT TO AUTHORIZE SRI LANKA MUSLIMS TO HAVE THE RIGHT TO CONSTRUCT THEIR PLACES OF WORSHIP ADHERING TO THE CIVIL AND ADMINISTRATIVE LAWS AND REGULATIONS OF SRI LANKA AS SPECIFIED WITHIN THE CONSTITUTION. The Muslim Council of Sri Lanka should also call for the “promised Hate Speech Bill” to be enacted soon. If there are NO such laws in the present Constitution, then, under the proposed Constitutional Reforms, such laws have to be enacted/written under the “SECTION OF RIGHTS as “RELIGIOUS RIGHTS”. What is needed to EVEN achieve your vision, Insha Allaha, it is time up that a NEW POLITICAL FORCE that will be honest and sincere that will produce "CLEAN" and diligent Muslim Politicians to stand up and defend the Muslim Community politically and otherwise, especially from among the YOUTH, has to emerge from within the Sri Lanka Muslim Community to face any new election in the coming future, Insha Allah. The Muslim Council of Sri Lanka should also be PROACTIVE in this endeavor if they are honestly concerned about the welfare of the Muslim community and its political future, Insha Allah.
