கூட்டு எதிர்க்கட்சியின் பாத யாத்திரையில் 2000 பிக்குகள்
கூட்டு எதிர்க்கட்சி ஒழுங்கு செய்துள்ள பாத யாத்திரையில் துறவிகள் குரல் அமைப்பை சேர்ந்த 2 ஆயிரம் பிக்குமார் கலந்து கொள்வார்கள் என அந்த அமைப்பின் தலைவர் முருத்தெட்டுவே ஆனந்த தேரர் தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.
கொழும்பில் இன்று -25- நடைபெற்ற ஊடவியலாளர் சந்திப்பில் அவர் இதனை கூறியுள்ளார்.
பௌத்த பிக்குமாரை முன்னிலையாக கொண்டு கண்டியில் இருந்து கொழும்பு நோக்கி இந்த பாத யாத்திரை ஒழுங்கு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.
பாத யாத்திரை வரும் வழியில், மாவனல்லை, கேகாலை, கம்பஹா பிரதேசங்களில் பிக்குமார் யாத்திரையில் இணைந்து கொள்ள உள்ளனர் எனவும் ஆனந்த தேரர் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ளார்.
துறவிகள் குரல் அமைப்பு மகிந்த ராஜபக்சவுக்கு ஆதரவளிக்கும் பௌத்த பிக்குகளை கொண்ட அமைப்பு என்பது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.

ReplyDeleteIt is an intelligent suggestion. It is an approach of REALITY. For us, it is NOT the issue of toppling a government, but the sufferings of the burden of the VAT and the price increase of consumer essential goods and items. It is to express our solidarity to a common issue of the majority people/nation. Like what late Dr. T.B. Jaya has said in the 1940 tees, the Muslims should NOT put all their eggs in one political basket. Therefore participating for our convenience is appropriate. The "Ekkabadde Vipaksaya (SLFP)" may be voted to power in the next general elections, who knows? Our presence now for our own reasons will be helpful then, Insha Allah.
