பிரித்தானியாவில் இலங்கை முஸ்லிம் மாணவி, இளம் எழுத்தாளராக தெரிவு

இலங்கையைச் சேர்ந்த மொஹமட் றியாஸ் ஜமால்டின் மற்றும் றிபியானா றியாஸ் ஆகியோரின் மூத்த மகள் பாத்திமா ரஃனா (வயது 15) இளம் முஸ்லிம் எழுத்தாளருக்கான 2 விருதுகளுக்காக தெரிவு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளார்.

பிரித்தானியா முழுவதும் முஸ்லிம் சமூகத்தினருக்காக நடாத்தபட்ட இப்போட்டியிலேயே இவர் குறித்த விருதுகளுக்காக தெரிவு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளார்.

A YOUNG writer has put her name on the map with two award nominations.

Challney High School for Girls pupil Fathima Ra'ana Riyaz, 15, has been nominated for both the Key Stage 4 short story and Key Stage 4 poetry awards at the Young Muslim Writers Awards.

The awards ceremony will be held in London on December 5, where a winner in each category will be announced by a panel of judges.

Feedback from the judges has been excellent and they are very enthusiastic about the awards.
